Changeover day
Our changeover days are flexible.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master suite with superb luxury bathroom with walk in shower. En-suite bathroom to double bedroom 2. Spacious shared family bathroom. 3 bathrooms in total, all very well equipped and luxurious. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is situated on the first floor with the living accommodation and is very well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and is newly fitted and very stylish. Off the kitchen is a small private garden with barbecue area. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine. Ironing Board, |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan living area with plenty of seating, a TV with a great selection of videos and DVDs. There is also an indoor dining area with dining table and patio doors out to a superb private terrace with more dining space for enjoying meals alfresco. |
| Other: | There is also a private roof terrace, great for sunbathing and with stunning views across Calpe. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Included in the price is the use of bedlinen, towels and cleaning of the villa prior to your arrival and after your departure. Linen changes are available on request at 10 euros per head. |
Notes on accommodation
The property has ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. . The property is suitable for all types of people, bearing in mind the tiled stairs might be dangerous for toddlers. We would recommend that parents of children aged 1 - 3 take care. There is a stoller available for a family with a toddler. The house has heaters for winter lets.

Accessibility
As the property is set out on three floors, it is not wheelchair accessible.
Outside
The property has a private driveway, with parking space for a car as well as road parking for further vehicles if required. There is a beautiful shared pool just outside the villa, with grass surround, which is usually empty and rarely used by the local residents. There is a small private area off the kitchen and space for kids to play, as well as a large rooftop terrace and spacious dining terrace.
Coast/Beach
The property is located within 15-20 minutes walk of a beautiful marina with wonderful restaurants, and a small beach. You can walk into Calpe's main town centre (about 40 mins), which is brimming with shops and restaurants and is blessed with more than 10km of blue flag sandy beach, which is commonly considered as the best on the coast. The beaches have wonderful facilities for families with young children.
Golf
A wonderful location for golfers, this property offers a mecca of golf courses to try out. Very close by is the fabulous Real de Faula course, although there are numerous courses within a short drive. Please ask for more information.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante, which is only 50 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended but not essential if you enjoy walking. We can recommend some wonderful deals on car hire, or provide you with English speaking taxi numbers for cheap airport transfers.
Distances
The property is only 20 minutes drive from Benidorm, which offers wonderful shopping, beaches and above all family days out. For thrills, try the famed Terra Mitica theme park, or Aqualandia water world. Check out the fabulous animals on show at Terra Natura Safari park, or Mundomar. For city trips, you are very close to the stunning city of Valencia, or even just a short ferry away from Mallorca or Ibiza. Booking notes
We take a 30% deposit on booking, with the balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. We can accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer or personal cheque.

We had a great time out there, the views of the sea and the Rock were excellent, it was nice and quiet, the pool wasn't too busy and the place had all we needed and was very comfortable. The garage conversion has made a big difference, it's an excellent use of space. We spent a lot of time out and about, we tended to go to a beach in the morning, head back for lunch and then out to a different beach for the late afternoon and evening. We spent a lot of time out on the front balcony whilst we was at the villa.
