Casa Blanca is a beautifully presented large villa set over one floor with double French doors leading onto a large partially covered terrace, great for outside dining. Which leads down to well established gardens, fabulous pool with a BBQ next to it, great for those summer evenings. The villa has beautiful mountain views. It is in a peaceful location but is within walking distance to the nearest shops. Only 5 minutes away you have several sandy beaches, a wide selection of shops and great restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Port Aventura (universal studios) theme and water parks are only 20 mins away. Barcelona is a little more than an hour’s drive and can be reached by train (10mins away) also. Bonmont golf course is 10 mins away, the River Ebro, famous for its fishing is 30 mins away. For wine buffs the Terra Alta wine region is around 30 mins away. There is something for everyone all the making of a perfect holiday.

Changeover day
The villa will be available to you from 4pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Changeover day is a Saturday, however we can be flexible for out of season dates.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a four poster bed, large fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom. Mountains views.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Bathrooms: The main bathroom is fitted with large walk in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
The en-suite has a bath, hand shower, W.C and hand basin.
Both to a very high standard, the 1st only finished 2008.
Kitchen: The kitchen is very large, fully fitted and includes all appliances, cooker, hob, extractor, American double fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster. It leads onto the dining room.
Living Rooms: The lounge has two large sofas, TV (Sky), DVD, CD player, incoming telephone, Wifi facility. There is an open fire coffee tables and sofa bed for extra guests. French doors leading to terrace with views of the pool.
Other: Dining room is beautifully lit and has French doors leading to the terrace with views of the pool. On the terrace there is wicker comfortable seating with coffee table, there is also a day bed for those necessary siestas.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels are included (this excludes beach towels). To change linen and towels weekly an additional 50 euros per week is payable. A weekly maid service is available for an additional 50 euros per week.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa has walls surrounding its well established gardens, creating a secluded feel. The pool area is gated, so children are able to play in the garden without parents having to worry about their safety. The villa has air conditioning for those balmy days. There is Sky TV, a DVD player with selection of DVDs, CD player with a selection of music, a good selection of books and games for children.

Accessibility
The villa is set over one floor. It is suitable for someone with reduced mobility, although, there are four steps up to the front door and a small step into the shower. In the surrounding area to the villa there are no hills or steps. The largest beach (Cristal beach) is ideal for someone with limited mobility; it is 5-10 mins away.

Outside
The gardens are very well maintained. It is partially lawned, with tropical plants and palms. The terrace over looks the pool and has ornate balistrades for safety. Double French doors open onto the terrace, ideal for breakast. There is a large BBQ poolside great for lazy afternoons and evenings. The pool is 8x4m, has steps leading into it and has a shallow end of 0.70m. It is lit, so perfect for late night dips.

Coast/Beach
Located in the town of Miami Playa, the villa is only 5 mins to the nearest beach. There are lots of coves to choose from most with their own small restaurants. A little further on is the blue flag Playa Cristal which seems to stretch forever, it has various beach bars and restaurants. For something a little more cosmopolitan visit cambrils, 15 mins away with it's great beach, marina, boutiques and fabulous fish restaurants.

Golf
Casa Blanca is a 10 minute drive from Bonmont, PGA golf course. Robert Trent Jones jnr designed the fabulous 18 hole, par 72 course. There are the best sea views in the area with a dramatic mountain backdrop. There is a great restaurant and bar offering superb views over the countryside to the sea. The course is perhaps for the more experienced golfer, for those looking for a bit of fun there is a beautifully mountain set 3 par course, it also features a Michelin star restaurant and spa.

Special interest holidays
The villa is only 20 mins drive from Port Aventura (universal studios) theme and water parks. It is rated as one of the best in Europe. 5 mins further on there is another water fun park at La Pineda which also features Dolphin and sea lion shows. For those wishing to get to know the true Catalonia, quaint villages some showing Moorish architecture are easily accessible. The local area is fantastic wine country, with the areas of Priorat and Terra Alta only around 30 mins drive, tours and tastings can be arranged with most vineyards. The area famous for Cava, the Penedes region is around an hours drive, also around an hour is the world famous, monastery of Monserrat. The bustling holiday resort of Salou is around 20 mins away.

Travel
Reus airport is only 25 minutes away. Ryanair fly there all year round and several charter airlines fly to the airport all summer. Barcelona airport is a little over an hours drive away, Easyjet are only one of the many carriers which fly there. The nearest train station is only 10 minutes away at L'Hospitalet de L'Infant, where you can easily travel to Barcelona or even further afield such as Valencia.

Nearest shops 5 mins. Beaches 5 mins. Town 5 mins. Reus airport 25 mins. Train station 10 mins (which is cheap, clean, efficient and offers a regular service. Barcelona around 1 hour. River Ebro 30 mins.

Further details
The villa, with its peaceful location is ideally situated for the most relaxing holiday. But being only five minutes away form local amenities means everything is within your reach. There are several banks, for currency exchange, staff normally speak some English. The are several supermarkets, some stocking a selection of English products as well as the traditional Spanish fare. Here you have beaches, scenery, culture, shopping, fabulous wine and restaurants. If you are not already a regular visitor to the area, we are sure you soon will be.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is payable upon booking. Full payment to due 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional £150.00 damage deposit is payable upon arrival, this will be returned upon inspection of the villa on the day of departure.
