This is a 3 bedroom apartment which sleeps 5 people. It is in a gated complex for security with an allocated parking space. There is a communal swimming pool. If you wish you can take sun loungers down to the pool along with unbreakable beakers and cool box. It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and separate bathroom. It is a 10 mins walk to the marina and beach or into Guardamar which has many bars and restaurant and in the Summer has nightly markets.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Room vacation time is normally 10am. Room occupation time is normally 4pm. These times may have to be adhered to if it is a same day changeover otherwise you may arrive early or stay later in the day.

| Bathrooms: | En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with large shower, toilet and wash basin. Main bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. There are also spare toiletries for if you have forgotten anything. |

| Utility Room: | The galleria has a washing machine and cupboard with all mops and cleaning equipment needed. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge features an extendable dining table and chairs two large settees, hi-fi and TV with British satellite TV, a DVD player and many DVDs and CDs which cover a large range of interests. |

There is a Masymas supermarket about 400 yards along the road which sells a good selection of English food. A short walk away at the roundabout coming into Guardamar is a superb Chinese Buffet, and a small selection of shops.
Booking notes
Booking deposit - 20% which secures your dates. Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival date. There is a one off payment on arrival of 60 euros for cleaning, along with a deposit of 50 euros for gate remote and keys which is refundable when keys returned at the end of the stay. Refundable security deposit - £100.
