Cotijo Las Rosas is set in the heart of rural Andalucia in the midst of tranquil olive groves. We have renovated an old cotijo to provide 3 self contained individual casitas. Las Rosas is very close to a large lake, which provides spectacular views for both drivers and walkers. Nearest airports are Malaga and Granada both around 1.25 hours. Nearest village is 5 mins away with baker, bar/restaurant, grocery store and weekly market.

Casita Perdiz

Perdiz has a large open-plan lounge, TV and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 2 twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room plus its own enclosed courtyard with a BBQ. Hot water is provided by solar panels on the roof ofthe Cortijo. |

Casita Galgo

|
Galgo, is the smallest casita but still provides spacious airy accommodation. On the ground floor is a large twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs is an open-plan lounge, TV and fully equipped kitchen. Hot water is provided by solar panels on the roof of the Cortijo. |

Notes on accommodation
A cot can be provided if required. Each casita has a log burning stove for cooler evenings.
Accessibility
Access to the casitas is via an rustic cobbled slope which may not be suitable to those unsteady on their feet. However, wheelchair access is possible to Perdiz.
Outside
The communal patio and pool area is shared by a maximum of 10 guests. Tables and chairs are provided, plus a number of sunbeds. The pool is set on the edge of the patio and has a comfortable seating ledge just under the water providing a cool place to soak up the rays or just to read.
Coast/Beach
Las Rosas is very close to a large lake, which provides spectacular views for both drivers, cyclists and walkers.
Travel
The nearest airports are Malaga and Granada both around 1.25 hours drive, so car hire is essential.
Distances
The nearest village, Fuentes de Cesna is a 5 minute drive and has a baker, bar / restaurant, grocery stores, ATM plus a small fresh produce market once a week.
