Villa Lucy is a beautiful villa full of charm. Within walking distance of the local amenities this is a perfect villa for all the family. The garden and pool are private and not viewed by either the neighbours or by passers-by. There is a BBQ in the garden and a garage and off-road parking. There are also patio doors from the lounge opening out onto the terrace with a table and chairs for summer dining. The villa has a complete kitchen with all mod-cons and entry to the garage from inside the villa. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. The villa is located on the peaceful Urbanisation of Las Tres Calas and is a 3 minute walk from the local amenities and a 15 minute walk from the beach. The fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar is just a short car journey away for great shops, all amenities and fantastic catalan cuisine and culture.

All bedrooms have mosquito nets fitted on the windows and a fan is provided for each bedroom.
Bathrooms: The first large and light bathroom has a bath with shower, a sink unit, WC and bidet.
The second bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.
Both bathrooms have mosquito nets fitted to the windows.
Kitchen: The separate kitchen is large and has all mod-cons.
There is a oven, hob and extractor fan, a microwave, dishwasher and is very well equipped with all utensils including juicer, smoothie maker and coffee machine.
Utility Room: The washing machine can be found in the garage which can be accessed directly from the kitchen by an internal door.
Living Rooms: The living room is light and airy. There is a sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, TV with basic UK TV channels and DVD player. There are 2 ceiling fans and mosquito nets fitted to the windows. There are also patio doors leading out onto the terrace.
Other: Al bedrooms and spacious and light. The first bathroom is also large and the villa has a second bathroom with shower.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen is provided and will be collected upon the departure of the guests.
Also provided are 1 bath towel per person, 2 hand towels (1 in each bathroom) and tea towels.

The garden is gated with lockable gates making it safe for children to play however care should always be taken with young children around a swimming pool.

Great private garden with 8m x 4m pool. There is also a terrace area for sunbathing and an outside shower next to the pool. There is off-road parking for 1 car and a garage for sole use of the guests. There is a terrace over-looking the pool area with table and chairs provided. There are 4 sun-loungers for the use of the guests. There is a stone-built BBQ with all cooking utensils provided. The pool gets the sun from early morning until around 6pm.

Coast/Beach
There are 3 blue flag beaches on the Urbanisation all within a 5 minute car journey or a 15 minute walk from the villa, 2 of which have food facilities. There are also more than 10 bays to be found within a 2km coast line and one can walk the stunning coastal path taking in the sea air and breathtaking views.

Golf
Bon Mont golf course is approx 40 mins drive.

Famous Universal Studios theme Park of Port Aventura 35 mins by car. Natural Park of the Delta Ebro 25 mins, excellent for animal lovers and bird watching. River Ebro, famous for some of the largest catfish in Europe. Historic knight Templers castle of Miravet. Vibrant cosmopolitan city of Barcelona 1½ hour. Valencia 1½ hour.

Travel
Closest airport is Reus (BCN) 40 minutes by car. Used by flight operators including Ryanair, Thomas Cook, First Choice, My travel and others. Main Barcelona Airport 1 hour 40 mins. Used by Easyjet, Monarch, British Airways, Iberia and others. Car hire is available from both airports and is recommended to explore the many beautiful coastal villages and rustic inland villages which follow the River Ebro.

Distances
Beautiful fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar is a short 5 minute car journey on the main road or can be reached by a country road for those adventurous cyclists or walkers! Other coastal villages which are within 25 minutes maximum and well worth visiting include Hospitalet de l'infant, Cambrils and L'Ampolla. The historic Roman city of Tarragona is a 40 minute car journey and the charming city of Reus is 35 minutes from L'Ametlla de Mar.

Further details
The villa is walking distance from 2 restaurants, a bar, a supermarket and a hardware shop. There is also another popular restaurant on the South side of the Urbanisation. There is also a bus service travelling to and from the village of L'Ametlla de Mar.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is payable to reserve the villa and the full amount including a £150 fully refundable breakages fee is payable 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday. Late bookings are considered.
