Please note, this apartment is perfect for up to 3 persons, a fourth person will have to placed on the sofa in the living room or a fold up bed which can be set up in the living room or in the master bedroom. This apartment can be booked along with another 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor in the same building, this budget apartment with its double sofa bed can sleep up to 4 person and is priced at 70 Euros 2 persons, and 95 Euros up to 4 persons, prices are per night, a final cleaning fee of 30 Euros and tax at 7% is also added to the final price.

Accessibility
This apartment is on the 5th floor (an easy climb) there not not appropriate for wheelchair users or those with problems climbing stairs.
Outside
The apartment building faces a plaza with its renovated market was the motive for the opening of fashional restaurants that is houses, you are guaranteed the freshest of ingredients, out of the market building the restaurants have tables and chair so you can enjoy your meal in the open air while the kids play in the kiddy park.

This apartment is less than 200 metres to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas.

Booking notes
On booking, 25% of the total cost must be paid, either by bank transfer (for booking made more than 2 weeks in advance of arrival date) or credit card (details are taken over the phone and are never noted) to confirm reservation. Outstanding balance is payable on arrival, either in cash or by Credit Card. NB if the advance payment is paid by credit card and the client wishes to pay the balance again by credit card, 3% is added to the final payment to cover bank charge.
