The award winning beaches of Gandia are within a short drive (15 mins) and the historic Town is itself just 10 minutes away. Within a 2 min drive is the most well regarded Restuarant and Bar in the area. Villa Montana is a quality 5 bed villa with generous living accommodation, large private pool, stunning views, outside dining area and numerous private terraces. All outside areas areas are properly gated and this quiet location provides a safe enviroment for children to play and explore.

Villa Montana is a luxury retreat ideal for large families with children. The property is located on a hillside and has multiple private terraces on different levels, each gated, including house to pool.

Coast/Beach
15 mins to Gandia’s soft white sand, ‘blue flag’ awarded beach. Many other beaches are easily accessible along the coast.
Golf
There is a golf course at Oliva (about 20 mins away) designed by Seve Ballasteros.
Travel
Alicante 80 miles, Valencia 50 miles, both linked by fast motorway (A7).
CAR HIRE: Essential
Distances
The nearby village of Barx is approximately 5 minutes by car and offers a small but good selection of butchers, bakers, cafes and bars as well as two general supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bank. This village is a popular spot for the racing cycle teams and is full of atmosphere. The road from the villa leading to barx is not suitable for walking. It is steep and there are no pavements.
Further details
Our villa is perfect for those on holiday wishing to explore the beautiful Costa Del Azahar or just relax by the pool and enjoy the wonderful views. Villa Montana has steps leading to the lower terraces and swimming pool. Please note there is a customary £500 ‘damage deposit’ to be paid by cheque 8 weeks prior to your stay. Subject to no damage occurrence the deposit is returned to you within 2 weeks following your departure.

Non-returnable deposit of £500 paid into UK bank account – Due on confirmation of booking dates. Balance due together with damage deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival date (to be paid into UK bank account).
