A spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment in Isla Canela, -originally the show apartment- with underground garage space and communal pool on site (the pool is open from mid-June to mid-September). Three minutes stroll to the promenade and beautiful uncrowded beach, and five minutes to the marina with its bars, restaurants, mini-market, shops and car hire. Ten minutes by car or bus takes you to the town of Ayamonte with its ferry to Portugal and a wealth of bars, shops and restaurants. The area has a natural bird reserve, and is peaceful and unspoilt. Travel cot and high chair provided.

Kitchen: The separate kitchen includes electric cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave kettle, toaster etc. and is well stocked with crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with free satellite TV, video, DVD player, stereo music system, 3 seater sofa and armchair, extending dining table and 4 chairs and door leading to the sun terrace.
Other: Underground garage space. No pets.
Another two bedroomed apartment nearby can be rented, if available, by those wishing to holiday with family or friends- early booking recommended.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned before every occupancy, linen and towels changed weekly. However, additional cleaning can be provided upon request.

Travel
The airport of Faro in Portugal is approx. 50km away and Seville 150km, both reached by motorways. Car hire recommended though transfers can be arranged (prices supplied on request).

Distances
Ten minutes by car or bus takes you to the town of Ayamonte, and the Portugese border. Huelva the main town of the area is 40 minutes away by motorway and beyond that the Donana National park.

Further details
Ayamonte has good supermarkets, banks, churches ,excellent daily food market, ferry to Portugal, bars & restaurants.
Free wi-fi from some cafes on the marina.
There is a sports area with courts etc. within walking distance.

Booking notes
Bookings by phone- please provide names, dates and address. 25% non-refundable deposit on booking, balance payable in sterling or euros by cheque 21 days before arrival to PC and B Hanson. A £100 security deposit is also required with the balance. The apartment can be booked by the month during the Winter months.
