The casita, which accommodates four people, is a completely self-contained part of a large detached luxury villa and is reached from the electric gated 150m driveway and landscaped gardens, via a short flight of steps to the pool area. It benefits from both air-conditioning with a de-humidification option and central heating. It is just a 50 minute drive from Alicante airport and 75 minutes from Valencia airport. El Portet beach is less than five minutes walk away, as well as a small supermarket, pharmacy, 2 beach bars and a superb five star restaurant. In addition to the pretty El Portet beach, the centre of Moraira with its marina, boutiques, bars, many excellent restaurants, banks, supermarkets and beaches are just a five minute drive away, yet the casita is in a peaceful, residential area. Guests have exclusive use of the pool at all times as the casita is only let when the villa is unoccupied.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
No additional charge is made for heating or air-conditioning. However, a additional charge of £100 is made for pool heating for the 1st week, subsequent weeks are £50. We only let the casita when the house is not in use therefore bookings are often available at very short notice.
Changeover day
We prefer weekend changeover dates but can be flexible on this.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedrooms consist of one with king-size bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms have ample wardrobe space, bedside tables, drawers, full length dressing mirrors and ceiling fans. The double room has a patio door leading directly to the pool area. |
| Bathrooms: | The shower room is fully tiled with a glass shower cubicle, marble topped vanity unit, wc and chrome heated towel rail. A hairdryer is provided and there is an electric shaver point. |
| Kitchen: | The fitted kitchen has a larder fridge, hob, combination microwave/oven/grill and a wide range of crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting room houses a dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa and easy chair and occasional furniture. A TV with full movie, sports and all UK channels sky package plus DVD/CD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We provide all bedding and towels for internal use but we ask you to provide your own poolside/beach towels. Fresh laundry is supplied each week. A free welcome pack awaits your arrival. |

Accessibility
The casita is reached via a flight of stairs to the pool level and there are other steps around the area, it may not therefore suitable for guests with mobility problems and guests with very small children may find it hard work!
Outside
The large heated pool (11 x 5m) has Roman steps, sun bathing terrace with sun loungers, dining table and chairs, and an outdoor shower. The area is completely private and is not overlooked. In addition a covered naya has a second dining table and chairs for eating in the shade. Guests can use the BBQ upstairs if required. Guests have exclusive use of the pool at all times as the casita is only let when the villa is unoccupied.
Coast/Beach
The stylish El Portet beach is less than five minutes walk away, as well as a small supermarket, pharmacy, 2 beach bars, a pizzeria and a superb 5* restaurant, Le Dauphin. The centre of Moraira with its marina, boutiques, bars, many excellent restaurants, banks, supermarkets and beaches are just a fifteen to twenty minute walk or five minute drive away, yet the apartment is in a peaceful, residential area.
Golf
Ifach is a 9 hole golf course in Moraira, and an 18 hole golf course can be found in Javea, just a 20 minute drive away. A superb new championship 18 hole golf course is in Denia, a 40 minute drive away.
Special interest holidays
Tennis courts, water sports and horse riding are available in Moraira.
Travel
Moraira is just a 50 minute drive from Alicante airport, 75 minutes from Valencia airport or 1 hour 45 minutes from Murcia airport. Car hire is useful but not essential. We can recommend car hire or taxis for local and airport use if required.

Please note this is a no smoking property.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is taken on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. We can accept payment by Paypal or cheque. In addition we take a £100 refundable damages deposit. We ask that the casita be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Access to the villa is available after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Of course if we have no incoming/outgoing guests, then we can be flexible on this.
