The Fellows family would like to welcome you to Casa Rosas, our family run self catering apartment in Spain. We are in the relaxing surroundings of an established urbanisation surrounded by woodland and countryside in the Valencia region, enjoying 300 plus days of sun per year. Just 20 minutes from Valencia airport and 25 minutes from Valencia city centre makes Casa Rosas the perfect location for your holiday in Spain.

Changeover day
The accommodation is available from Monday - Sunday. Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 3pm and departure would be appreciated by 11am on your last day.

The main living room is long and spacious, it does have a double bed settee for anyone who needs more beds. The door of the living room leads out to your large patio area. |

Hand towels are provided, you will need to bring your own beach and pool towels. Bedding is provided and changed weekly. |

Outside
Our new ‘honesty bar’ is now open and ready for business! Fully equipped, our bar is situated right by the pool, with inner and outdoor areas to chill out and enjoy a cool drink. Just tab the bar book and pay once you're leaving!
The 11x5m swimming pool is well secluded and fully tiled, with a lounging area complete with sun beds and plenty of shady areas to take a break from the sun. The gardens are peaceful and tranquil, with plenty of spots to sit back and relax. Plus we have the obligatory BBQ area for all those outdoors cooks!
Coast/Beach
If you fancy a day trip to the beach, Valencia has some great spots to try out. If you want somewhere quiet where you can bring a packed lunch and have acres of space around you, then try the beach at El Saler, near La Albufera. If you want somewhere you can get the car parked easily, with restaurants and bars, then try Malvarrosa Beach right in Valencia. It's just beside the new port area where the Americas Cup was staged, so you can have a wander around there too.
Golf
There are 3 major Golf Courses on our doorstep, all professionally designed. El Bosque Golf Club is in Chiva and is an 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. El Saler, on the coast, is just south of Valencia, in El Saler. It's a 18 hole course which was designed by Javier Arana. You will find Club Escorpion north-west of Valencia in Betera. It has 27 holes and was designed by Ron Kirby. These 3 courses are available week days - weekends are member only. There are more courses dotted around the region, with more in construction, including courses in Torrent and Lliria.
Travel
The nearest airport Is Valencia and is only 20 mins drive away. Please note, we are Rural Spain, so a vehicle will be required.
Distances
Turis town is 10 mins drive from casa Rosas, the delightful village of Monserrat is only 8 mins drive and is full of bar's and cafe's. Valencia City is 20 mins drive and is a tourist haven, with so much to do and see and should be a must for your vacation.

What ever your reasons for visiting Valencia, there really is something for everyone to do, see and enjoy! For sport fans - motorsports, golf, sailing, football, basketball, surfing, adventure sports and more, all available.
For Outdoors - Hiking and walking trails, cycling and mountain biking, national nature reserves, mountain villages, archaeological sites (Roman, Moorish), castles & ruins...you name it, we'll find it!
For Relaxers - If you can wrench yourself away from Casa Rosas, try some of the local beaches in Valencia, fantastic for chilling out and watching the world go by - with some great bars and restaurants which are surprisingly cheap.
For Shoppers - Valencia is a mecca of designer shops, and all day Shopping Centres. In fact, Valencia has 6 'El Corte Inglés' centres ! Plus, being typical Spain, you'll find Street Markets everywhere, every day!
For Eaters and Drinkers - From local village bars serving tapas and menus of the day, to the flash restaurants in Valencia city, you are guaranteed to have great quality food, at good prices. Try a bottle of vino too, from one of the local vineyards. Water / Theme Parks - Catered for too, with Terra Mitica on the outskirts of Benidorm.

A deposit of 20% will be required to book your dates. On receiving your deposit, we will email you a copy of our term and conditions. This will include such things as Security deposits and final payments.
