Complex is very secure and private, with security gates at all entrances. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is quiet and beautiful and is ideal for soaking up sun or for long walks. One balcony has garden furniture and looks down on the pool. A second balcony is private for those seeking an all over tan. The area is a golfers paradise.

Changeover day
Arrival is 4pm. Departure before 10 am to facilitate cleaning.
Changeover day is Saturday but open to change when longer booking or for repeat customers or for late bookings.
Off peak we will try to facilitate alternative changeover days where possible.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for families or golf outings. Nearby hotel manages the property for us so you have their support and use of all facilities. 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Bus stop very near. Taxi easily available. Very large shopping centre 15 mins drive. Large grocery shop across the road, open till 2 am on 365 days a year. Book of recommended places to visit nearby, best shopping and eating etc. When you book I will email you where to go, where to eat etc.
Books videos/DVDs and games for your entertainment.
Outside
Swimming pool has separate kid's pool. Also plenty of sun beds and chairs. Toilets by pool. Never overcrowded as small number of apartments.
Coast/Beach
7 minutes walk from long clean beach which is beautiful for sunbathing or walking. You can walk from village to village via the beach. We walk along the beach 7 mins to Cabopino to have a lovely lunch. One section of the beach incorporates both nude and clothed bathers for those who wish that.
Golf
Best golf courses in Spain are all on your doorstep.
Travel
Nearest airport is Malaga, 30 mins by car. You can get bus, but preferable to rent a car as there is much to visit.
Distances
You are 10 mins from Marbella.
You are 10 mins from La Canada, a large shopping mall.
You are 15 mins from Puerto Banus.
You are 10 mins from Fuengirola.

There is a large shopping mall ten minutes drive away which has great shopping.
A large hospital is 8 minutes drive.
Doctor and chemist are walking distance 8-10 minutes.
Golf is everywhere.
