The villa is located in the Catalan village of Canyelles which has a bakery (fresh bread and croissants), small supermarket, bank (cash point), paper shop, garage (delicious fresh bread throughout the day), pharmacy and several restaurants only 3 minutes drive away. 10 minutes drive away is the sandy beaches of the popular Mediterranean town of Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltru with excellent holiday resort facilities. A charming town square with a bar and outside seating area serving traditional Spanish Tapas and other dishes. A market every Sunday morning with excellent local produce. The villa is adjacent to the Garraf National Park in the heart of the Penedes wine region, where it is possible to visit several local wine producers. The villa is only 30 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. The property is available FROM 4pm and the guests must vacate the property by 10am. The property will be cleaned each Saturday at 10.30 - 2.30pm.

Towels and linen are included and are changed each Saturday morning. Beach towels not included. The property is cleaned every Saturday morning. It is essential to leave by 10am to allow the cleaner time to prepare for the next guests. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is all on one floor and is ideal for young children. No dangerous stairs. Cot and highchair can be provided. Fans are provided in each bedroom.
Outside
The fantastic garden has an area of over 1400m3. Private pool 9x5m with a teak decking area with sun loungers provided. Two additional seating areas; 1st under mulberry trees giving perfect shade. Wooden dining table big enough for 8 people. 2nd decked seating area again under shaded canopy with views towards the Med. Full-size BBQ. Outside lighting for the perfect evening setting. Children's sandpit and tree-house. To the front of the house is a full size French Boules pitch. Ample parking for at least 4 cars.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful and famous beaches of Sitges and Vilanova are just 10 minutes drive from the house. Both locations offer ample parking, golden beaches and numerous places to buy ice creams, snacks and restaurants for great Spanish meals and tapas.

World famous Penedes wine region. Villa located near to Torres, Freixenet, Cordoniu and other famous wine producers.
Travel
The nearest airport is Barcelona El Prat which is 20 minutes by car. A car is essential for this property. Reus is 30 minutes to the South of the property and Gerona is 90 minutes to the North of the property.
Distances
Canyelles town centre is just 5 minutes from the house. Larger supermarkets are located in Vilanova i la Geltru approx 10-15 minutes.
Booking notes
Prices are quoted in euros. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before the date of arrival. Payment is to be received by Bank transfer directly to Spanish account.
