This apartment was fully refurbished when we bought it recently. New kitchen, bathroom and tiling throughout. It has a lovely large terrace which gets the sun from morning through to late afternoon. It has stunning mountain views. The apartment is on the first floor of this small two storey complex. There are beautiful sandy beaches only a two minute walk away. From the terrace you overlook the gardens and pool. There are excellent large supermarkets, fresh bakers patisserie and fresh meats close by. Various excellent restaurants and bars are a short walk away. Denia town is a fifteen minute walk away (or minutes by car). This is a bustling town with many shops and is crowned by a castle and fortress. It has a bustling harbour and yacht club. The golf clubs of La Sella and Oliva Nova are approx 15 minutes drive.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover is Saturday with a 3pm arrival time; although other changeover days can be considered in low season. The apartment must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.

2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach which stretches 14 kms. Water sports and outdoor activities are available nearby.

The excellent La Sella golf course (designed by Jose Maria Olazabal) and Oliva Nova golf course (designed by Seve Ballesteros) are 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia airports can be reached by motorway in approximately one hour.
Distances
Denia town centre is within easy walking/driving. There are numerous local shops and restaurants and bars which are very good.
Booking notes
25% deposit is payable at the time of booking; the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. £75 security deposit is also required and will be refunded upon receipt of key and report of no damage.

We are a family who enjoy this part of Spain. We have relatives nearby and find the area peaceful and friendly.
We live the majority of the year in Cornwall, England and are close to the sea and outside activities

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We only went to Spain once - to an Aunt's wedding in the area. We fell in love with the beach, the friendly way everyone was with us and the general demeanour of everyone around. It's so relaxed and laid back.
The area is really pretty with the mountain background, sea and greenery. Our apartment is in a small friendly complex and we loved it from the first!
