There is a lovely eating area overlooking the sea. with a BBQ and sink, sun loungers for lazy days, Ladera del Mar is set in lush gardens just 500m from the sea and 2.5km from the town centre of Nerja. Long Lets negotiable.Villa or apartment can be rented seperately, If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. A very good discount will be given for oaps either the apartment or the villa booked separately (in low seasons only).
Changeover day
Mid week bookings considered if available, you will often find cheaper flights midweek especially during School holidays Bank and Christmas holidays. Departure at 10am arrival at 4pm, unless other arrangements have been made with owner.

Notes on accommodation
The Villa faces south to the Mediterranean, so you have a wonderful breeze coming through all of the terrace doors into the villa, you will never forget this view once you have seen it. Most clients do not leave the villa once they have settled
in.
Accessibility
The front door is on street level where you can park several cars just a few feet away.
Outside
There is now a large private infinity pool connected to the villa , this pool will take your breath away it is amazing. Also there is a communal butterfly shaped swimming pool between the villa and the beach . Its not to close for noise but lovely to look at , it is accessed by keyholders only and is complete with changing rooms ,beautiful settings of the bay simply breathtaking. The terrace has dining for the whole family with a large B.B.Q. with chimney, as you BBQ your view is of the Med.There is also an outside sink,next to the BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 500m from the villa, stroll into Nerja Town along the beach about 15-20 mins. Stop off and have a cold drink, or tapas, smoked fish and salad.
Golf
Baviera Golf is about 15 mins drive, the course is 18 holes, and a great clubhouse 5 mins from Caleta Port with several rest/cafe/bars other golf courses within a 10 min drive.
Skiing
Sierra Navada 2 hrs drive well worth a visit. Saville and Cordoba and other places of interest easily accessed.
Special interest holidays
Walking, horse riding, sailing, jetski, scuba diving, tennis club.
There is a gym with a spa, steam room in a local hotel. This is a 10-12 minute walk.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 45 minute drive. Granada airport is a 1 hour drive. The nerja caves are a 10-12 minute drive. The Sierra neveda skiing resort is 2 hours away, leave at 6am
and be skiing at 8am. There are several golf courses nearby and well worth a visit.
Distances
Nerja Town is 2Km from Torrox, Torre Del Mar is just a little further on from Torrox, Torre Del Mar has a Water Park, the other Water Park is at Alumnecar 30-40 minutes drive.
Further details
Nerja Town, with its quaint narrow streets and numerous restaurants, pavement cafes, bars and shops. Supermarket approximately 5 minutes drive from Villa, There are 2 water parks in the area, one at Torre de Mar, the other at Almunecar, both within 30-40 minutes drive. A new 18 hole golf course has opened at Caletta which is 9km from Nerja.
Caletta also has a loverly Port with several fresh fish restaurants very reasonably priced.
