Set in a national park this enchanting mountain retreat offers peace and tranquillity in surroundings of breathtaking natural beauty and yet the bustle of coastal towns such as Estepona and Marbella is a short drive away. Casa Bermeja really offers the best of both worlds.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom with shower, WC etc. An antique arched door leads to the bathroom attractively decorated with hand painted tiles from Seville. |
| Kitchen: | A second archway leads to a compact and well-equipped kitchen. Cooker, hob, fridge, toaster, cafetiere etc. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Casa Bermeja is a traditional 100-year-old stone cottage that has been lovingly restored retaining many original features such as seasoned chestnut beams and a cosy open fireplace. Also TV, video, DVD, radio and CD player. |
| Other: | This cottage has never failed to delight our guests. A breakfast hamper with cava, manchego cheese and other delicacies is provided. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedding and towels are included except beach/pool towels. The property is cleaned once a week and the linen is changed weekly. |

Accessibility
Sorry, but because of the inclines this property isn't suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Lovely private pool 10x5m with teak sunbeds in wonderful gardens with eagles soaring overhead. Garden table and chairs outside cottage and also a BBQ for dining alfresco on a fragrant summer evening.
Coast/Beach
Casa Bermeja is 18km from the beach. Atlantic beaches at Tarifa are about an hour's drive.
Golf
World class golf course with a half hours drive - Valderrama, Sotogrande and Duquesa.
Special interest holidays
Great walks and bird-watching all around. Very peaceful.
Travel
Malaga airport 100km. Gibraltar airport 50km. Car hire strongly recommended.
Distances
Casares Village 3km. Estepona 25km. Gibraltar 50km. Marbella 50km. Seville 2 hours by car. Granada 3 hours by car.

Fine dining locally in Casares. More restaurants and supermarkets on the coast. Riding locally.
Booking notes
25% of the rental is required to confirm booking by cheque or bank transfer. Balance 75% is payable 2 months before arrival. £100 refundable damage deposit.
Please note early booking is advisable to avoid dsappointment. Some 2009 dates already booked.
