This delightfully, in a colonial style, restored cortijo (farmhouse) is situated in the dramatic scenery landscapes of Las Alpujarras. Surrounded by mountains - the Sierra Nevada to the north and the Cotraviesa to the south - the cottage is hidden away amidst ancient olive trees, just 5 minutes from the lively market town of Orgiva. A very large covered terrace, built in old fashioned bricks and wood, and the breathtaking "Olympic" swimming pool (20 x 10 m !!!) are set in the stunning scenery of a semi-tropical garden.

We ask guests to arrive after 3.30pm and to vacate the cottage by 10.30am on departure day.

Outside
A large 60 m2 terrace provides you with this unique colonial atmosphere. The garden (5.000 m2) planted with all type of fruit trees, like olives, oranges, mandarines, lemons, grapes, figs, almonds, pomegranates and some tropical fruits, invites you to wander around as you wish and to pick fruits in season.
A great joy to experience is the gurgling of the water in the irrigation channels or fountains, like butterflies and birds do.
And of course, the wonderful private filtered swimming pool in the "Olympic" size of 20 x 10 m !!! , with depth of min. 80 cm and max. 130 cm, perfect for children and older people; with very large stair, underwater seating area and illuminated by night.
Coast/Beach
30 min. drive to Mediterranean beaches with lots of coves to discover.
Golf
Lots of golf opportunities in the area. Nearest one - Motril 30 min.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada - what else can we say. Loved by Spanish people and by tourists. Sierra Nevada, only 1h away, provides you with this unique feeling skiing in the south of Europe. Just try it - skiing and swimming on the beach on the same day !
