All Bedrooms are ensuite and have hot and cold air-conditioning. All rooms have beautiful views with outside terraces for dining alfresco.Sun All day.

We are 10 mins drive from the best beach on the Costa Blanca at Guardarmar - which is a world heritage site.All watersports are catered for.
Golf
La Maquesa 5 mins away. La Finca 10 mins away. La Manga 3/4 hour.Twenty Golf Courses within 3/4hr.There are now 40 Golf Courses within an hours drive,one of the best is Las Colinas which has just opened,and is 20 mins away.We are now able to secure good deals on ALL Golf courses.
Travel
We are only ½ hour room Alicante and Murcia airports which is a stress free drive from both.
Distances
We are a 5 minute drive from Quesada. 10 mins to Guardarmar and 10 mins to Torrevieja,and 1/2hr to Alicante/Murcia,Benidorm is 1hr.
Further details
Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets are a 2 min drive.There is now a snooker hall in Quesda and Aqua Park.

We do require a deposit on S/C bookings.Guests are requested to pay balance on arrival,in euros, but please, if you have to cancel for what ever reason please let us know as soon as possible.
