This is not the average rental apartment. We treat this as our second home with all the creature comforts you would expect and wish for. The apartment is spacious (95sqm), has a breakfast terrace, views over enclosed swimming pool and farmland. We have a large 50sqm roof terrace with dining furniture and 4 comfortable sunbeds with stunning views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains. We are in a quiet location but close to beaches and Mojacar Pueblo as well as all amenities including, golf, horse riding, restaurants and bars.

Notes on accommodation
There is full air-conditioning and for winter lets, mains gas central heating. The apartment is on the first floor and bedroom 3 and the sun terrace are accessed by further stairs. No pets. No smoking in the apartment please.
Outside
Terrace off the lounge with table, chairs and parasol. Very large terrace upstairs, table with parasol, chairs, loungers. Shared gardens and swimming pool.
Golf
The apartment is situated near several golf courses, all within 15 minute drive including Valle del Este and Desert Springs.
Travel
Nearest airport Almeria is about 40 minutes away with Alicante approx 1¾ hours and Murcia 1½ hour. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Los Gallardos 10 mins walk. Turre 5 mins by car. Mojacar Puelblo 10 mins by car. Garrucha 12 mins by car. Vera 15 mins by car. Almeria town 40 mins by car.

Guest comments
We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in Los Gallardos. For a start this was the best equipped residence we had stayed in. Very spacious, extremely clean and well appointed, and the air con was exactly what it said in the ad - not just one box. None of us have ever slept so well abroad! The pool was ample size and we were often the only ones using it.
Everything was conveniently situated with just a short drive to the long seafront at Mojacar Playa, or the quaint, labyrinthine pueblo, or the Waterpark at Vera, or the lots of other places you can go - including Granada for a full day out. But that's only if you can be bothered to get up from the sunbeds on the roof terrace where we often went to read only to fall asleep within a few short minutes.
I'd thoroughly recommend this for families who are looking for a an easy, relaxing holiday with plenty of options to please everyone. Stewart Warrilow
