The villa is found along a good tarmac road but there is a small track leading up the main gates. The private drive has a carport to keep your car cool in the summer months. A small gate will lead you to the main covered terrace that stretches around the villa, in the summer time you can pick the grapes that hang down from the pergola. The 6x4m pool is fitted with a light so you can enjoy swimming under the stars, take an outside shower with the best views of the Andalucian countryside. The colourful BBQ is great for those evening meals outside. In the morning enjoy your coffee and croissants with the distant bells from the goats as they pass through the valley grazing.
New for 2011 we have opened the African Terrace ,a 4x4 mtr pergola that juts out over the cliff edge , which has a wooden hanging daybed .Yes on clear days you can see the outline of Africa. The plants and shrubs have now matured giving you total privacy when sunbathing around the patios and terrace.

Utility Room: Washing machine.
Living Rooms: The large combined lounge/diner has TV, DVD, Sky,CD stereo, large sofa, 2 x reclining chairs, dining table for 8. A log fire for winter lets.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The villa will be cleaned before your arrival. Towels and linen are included, these are changed once a week, note we do not supply beach towels. The pool is cleaned once a week.

Notes on accommodation
We would not recommend our villa to families who have small children ie toddlers because of the terrain.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Sunbeds, patio tables and chairs are supplied. The 6x4m pool is for the sole use of the guests.

Coast/Beach
The beaches are but 40 mins by car.

Special interest holidays
The nearby National Park is great for walkers. Horse-riding, quad biking, can be arranged locally.

Travel
Nearest airport Malaga, approx 90 mins by car.

Distances
Competa is your nearest village 15 mins by car, visit the roman ruin bridge near Archez, or the pretty village of Canilles De Abaida.

Further details
The white washed village of Competa has 2 x small but very good supermarkets, banks, shops and lots of good restaurants, try the tapas in the main square. Sit outside and you maybe lucky enough to see the locals bring their famous Andalucian horses.

Booking notes
A £100 breakage deposit is required, refundable at the end of your stay. A 20% deposit at time of booking (non-refundable), balance payable 8 x weeks before departure. At the end of your stay we would ask our guests to leave the property in a reasonable state. Linen and towels will be collected for cleaning.
