South facing with a private floodlit pool and large sunny and shaded areas to relax and dine alfresco. The villa has an outside kitchen, bar and barbecue. There is a very large terrace around the pool with sun loungers and tables and chairs for your comfort. A sauna, large shower and changing room, mini gym near the pool. This tastefully appointed Spanish villa has high beamed ceilings, shuttered windows and a lot of character. There is large, well equipped dining kitchen, separate dinning room and a adjoining sun lounge. A stunning lounge with beautiful furniture, music system, flat screen TV DVD/wireless internet connection. French doors lead to a private terrace overlooking the pool.

Many courses available within easy drive of the villa making it the ideal base for your golfing holiday. The beautiful golf course La Sella, 18 holes (Marriott Hotel) at 5 minutes drive away and also has Spa facilities. Javea golf course, 9 holes with superb views of Montgo. Further afield at Oliva Nova designed by Ballesteros, and El Saler, the famous 18 hole championship links course.

Further details
Villa location Casaandreas is ideally situated but only a 10 min drive from the A7 motorway and N332. There are many towns to visit within 20 minutes. Take the scenic route towards Denia over the Montgo mountain. Before reaching Denia, follow the Las Rotas road to the end where you will find a protected natural area. Denia has been restored. It looks out onto the Port and Marina and intriguing side streets full of cafes and bars. Visit the Jalon valley and Alcalali and sample wines for a few euros at the co-operative opposite the Poplar Grove where the flea market takes place every Saturday. Then onto the pretty wine growing areas of Liber an d Senija. Take the coast road from Moraira with its ancient watchtower and beautiful marina with many good restaurants. On to Calpe, known for Penon Ifach, it looks like the Rock of Gibraltar's little brother. A tunnel through the middle leads to fine some fine views. Onto Altea a picturesque fishing port with great boutiques and a church square at the top of the hill, which has good views.

Payment terms 25% booking deposit. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. £300 security deposit - to be refunded one week after departure.
