With uninterrupted panoramic views overlooking the 3rd fairway of the Almenara golf course and San Roque golf course beyond. The world class golf courses of Valderama, La Reserva, Sotogrande Old Course and Almenara, as well as the Almenara Hotel and Spa, marina, beaches, exclusive bars and restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts and equestrian centre are all within a 5 to 10 minute drive away.

Changeover day
Generally Saturdays, but we can be flexible if the booking schedule allows.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, 4 poster double bed and direct access to private terrace.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, zip & link facility.
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds
Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds.
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 all have direct access to sun terrace & pool below.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, walk-in shower WC and bidet.
En suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with bath, walk-in shower and WC.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC.
Kitchen: Cooker, induction hob, extractor hood, American fridge/freezer (chilled water and ice maker), microwave, dishwasher and all modern kitchen facilities and cooking utensils.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities.
Living Rooms: Two x 3-seater sofas and armchairs, flat screen TV, open fire, I-pod speakers and docking station, telephone. Dining area with table seating 8.
Other: Living and dining areas open out onto large outside terrace with coffee table, 2 further two/three seater ratan sofas and arm chairs, together with wrought iron dining table and chairs.
The property also has its own table tennis table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property is cleaned weekly and the towels and linen are changed weekly (included in the weekly rental price). Maid service available for additional hours if requested (at additional cost).

Notes on accommodation
This villa was specifically designed as a holiday house with ease of management comfortable living and enjoyment of all the amenities key considerations.
There is area controlled underfloor heating for all the main living rooms bedrooms and bathrooms.
Air conditioning is also installed in the 2 principle bedrooms.
There are two travel cots and a highchair.
The swimming pool area can be fenced off if required to make it safe for small children.

Outside
The house has a 2-tiered private garden, a private swimming pool set into the lawn which is overlooked by a raised sun terrace complete with eight sun loungers and large parasols. Three of the bedrooms open out onto the sun terrace. The master bedroom has its own private terrace. A further outside and part covered terrace with beautiful uninterrupted views over a small wooded valley and golf courses beyond at first floor level has a coffee table, 2 two/three-seater ratan sofas and armchairs, and a wrought iron dining table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches at Sotogrande Marina, Alcaidesa and Torreguadiaro. Sailing at Alcaidesa and Sotogrande. Windsurfing at Tarifa 45 minutes away. Duquesa, Puerto Banus and Marbella are within 45 minutes drive. Sotogrande Alto being a private estate is a quiet, peaceful and safe place to relax away from the hub bub of the Costa del Sol.

Golf
Casa Clara is located within a short drive of 8 golf courses. Almenara is less than 5 minutes drive from the house and the internationally recognised Valderrama, San Roque, Real Club de Sotogrande, La Reserva, La Canada together with the links course at Alcadaisa are a short distance away.

Travel
Gibraltar Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive from the house (British Airways and Monarch fly to Gibraltar direct from the UK). Malaga is approximately one hour's drive, (British Airways, easyjet, RyanAir, FlyBe amongst others fly direct from the UK). We strongly advise you hire a car throughout your stay. Cars can be hired from Gibraltar (we suggest you hire a car across the border from Gibraltar in La Linea - details available on request), Malaga or locally.

Cadiz: 146 kms, about 1 hr 46 minutes.
Tarifa: 53 kms, about 53 minutes.
Seville: 204 kms, about 2 hours 14 minutes.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking and the remainder is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. We also ask for a £500 refundable damage deposit.
