This delightful villa with accommodation for 6 people is set in its own grounds in a quiet residential area of Calpe. The property has 2 bedrooms with bathroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and lounge with TV, video, DVD and CD player. The 3rd bedroom being in the separate adjoining apartment with en-suite facilities and kitchen. Situated 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport and approx 2km from the main beaches, shops and bars but with a couple of bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Car hire is recommended.

Changeover day
During peak periods our changeover day is Friday but can be flexible out of season. Arrival is no earlier than 2pm and on day of departure the Villa must be vacated by 10am.

Our swimming pool, large sun terrace and outdoor shower are private and not overlooked. We also provide sunbeds for our guests. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, drinks fridge, large table and chairs completes the alfresco lifestyle.

Coast/Beach
The villa is approx 5 minute drive to gorgeous sandy beaches. Calpe is a large busy resort with fantastic shops and restaurants, the port at the foot of the Ifach is always bustling with fishing boats and pleasure craft. There are also many pleasant bars and cafes.

Golf
A good range of golf courses in the area. You will find a number of golf courses listed in our information pack.

Travel
Alicante airport is approx 50 mintues. Valencia airport is approx 1 hour 10 minutes. Cheap car hire can be booked before arrival via the internet or on arrival at the many desks in the airports.

Distances
Calpe is about 20 mins from Benidorm, 50 mins from Alicante. Altea is 10 mins drive and has one of the best preserved Old Towns in Spain.

A 20% non returnable deposit is required with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to booking date.
No smoking is allowed in the villa.
