Notes on prices
The rental prices are quoted in UK pounds per week and range from £1700 in the low season to £2500 per week in the peak season. Special offers - September availability - 10% discount for late booking. Further 5% available for parties of 6 or less for September 2008. 10% discount for 5 people or less during all months except for July and August.
Changeover day
Saturday during June, July and August but this can vary during the rest of the year. The villa is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Nearest airports are as follows: Malaga 40 min drive (all airlines). Gibralta 35 min drive (Easyjet and Monach). Jerez 1¼ hour drive (Ryanair).

There are any abundance of good quality restaurants within walking distance from the villa. Favourites include Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Indian cuisines. The local supermarket for your fresh bread and croissants is a 2 minute walk and the nearest large Mercadona is a 5 minute drive.
Booking notes
Booking deposit required and full payment required 8 weeks prior to departure. A small refundable deposit for breakages/damage to the property is also required and will be returned to you if none are found within 2 weeks of you vacating the property.
