The property is well suited for a family or friends get together and a holiday in beautiful surroundings which may appeal to the golfer wanting to attempt the infamously challenging Monte Mayor Golf course, a few minutes away. The house itself is bright, well equipped to a high standard with quality linens and furniture, home theatre etc, and enjoys plenty of outside space with a large garden.

There is a spiral staircase connecting the living area terrace to the garden, there is, however, access to the garden from ground level also.

Accessibility
The property is laid out over 3 floors and is reached via a number of steps to the side of the property. It may therefore not be suitable for anybody with mobility problems.
Outside
To the rear of the property, behind the kitchen, there is a pretty courtyard with a dining area seating 8. At the front of the property there is a terrace with comfortable seating from where you can enjoy the beautiful views and sunset to North Africa. The garden also at the front of the property is big enough for children to play in whilst providing the most comfortable sunbeds and mattresses where you can soak up the sunshine whilst enjoying the tranquility and view.
Coast/Beach
The coast can be reached within 15 minutes depending on your driving skills and car model. There are numerous beaches.
Golf
The Monte Mayor golf course became an instant legend from the moment it opened in 1989. Spectacularly located and captivatingly beautiful, it inspires the utmost respect and admiration in golfers from around the world. Many of them are drawn back, time and again, in a determined effort to conquer this amazing course. Few succeed, but playing Monte Mayor is an experience no one will ever forget. It is widely acknowledged as one of Europe’s premier golfing experiences. The famously challenging and beautiful Monte Mayor golf course is 5 minutes away. There are at least 15/20 golf courses within 30 minutes.
Skiing
Unless freak weather is experienced, there is no skiing at Monte Mayor.
Travel
Malaga airport is 45 minutes to an hour from Monte Mayor.
Gibralter and Seville airports are around 1.5 hours.
Further details
Facilities at Monte Mayor which are a few minutes from the house are the pool, paddle and tennis courts, golf, driving range, golf shop, cafe - restaurant, walking paths.
5 minutes to Marbella Club Horse riding.
10 minutes to the Spanish gastronomic village Benahavis, synonymous with food and its fantastic restaurants.
10 minutes to the local village of Cancelada providing local services and more choices for eating.
15 minutes to coast road, Marbella with its cobbled streets, spanish and designer shopping, horsedrawn carriages and toy train tour for children.
Puerto Banus, fish restaurants, designer shopping and mega yachts.
There are many traditional local markets held in the area, more detail can be provided.
The large town of Estepona is 20 minutes away where there are many shops, supermarkets, banks etc. There is also a lively fishing port, promenade and play areas for children.
There are around 50 golf courses within an hour.
Historic perched white villages are within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Further afield Ronda, Seville, Granada and the beautiful Alhambra Palace and Morocco, which are all within 1.30 hours.
