Attractive, young Spanish three storey holiday home with GSOH, would like to meet happy family, golfing group or retired couple for short term fling or longer term arrangement. Must be able to offer bags of fun, magical memories and fantastic photos in return for beautiful furnishings, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, lounge/dining room with TV/DVD and CD player, lush gardens and communal swimming pool. Looking to share lazy days at unspoilt never ending beaches, afternoons on one of half a dozen nearby golf courses, trips to culturally rich Seville and Ayamonte, suppers at local fish restaurants and sun-downers on my south-west facing terraces. Towels and linen are included in the rental price. If stay is a fortnight a midweek clean can be arranged for a modest fee.

Outside
The house is situated amongst lovely landscaped gardens. It overlooks a great sized shared pool with lifeguard service in summer months. There is also a paddle tennis court. The house has three terraces, all with outdoor furniture or sunbeds as well as a barbecue on the ground floor.

Coast/Beach
Getting to the beach couldn't be easier as it is a 10 minutes walk through the shops and cafes. You will find fantastic long and wide stretches of unspoilt sandy beaches sat along side sand dunes and pine forests. There is a ferry to a sand spit during the summer season.

Golf
The property is brilliantly situated on a challenging and attractive golf course. Furthermore there are 9 other top quality courses within half an hours drive of the house. Competitive green fees can be arranged.

Travel
The nearest airports are Faro and Seville. Both are 1.25 hours drive. Buses do run regularly but car hire is recommended to fully appreciate the area and the coast.

Distances
The nearest city is Huelva which is 20 minutes drive away. A little further a field culturally rich Seville is 1 hours drive away.
Ayamonte, a small town with great shops and restaurants is 30 minutes drive and Lepe 20 minutes drive. El Rompido, a very traditional fishing village with great seafood restaurants is a 5 minute drive.

Further details
There are an array of small supermarkets, local shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and beach bars within walking distance of the house.
There is a water park and go-carting track 10 minutes drive away and cycle and walking paths along the coast and through the pine forests.
