This is a wonderfully bright apartment, beautifully furnished, spacious, airy and comfortable with spectacular views. The patio and garden are stylishly furnished with comfy sofas, sun loungers and dining area. At the end of the garden is the Rio Guadiaro as it flows into the Mediterranean and beyond a nature reserve and quiet beach with the Rock of Gibralter and the Atlas Mountains of Africa visible in the distance. The property is fully air-conditioned. There is one parking space in the private garage beneath the apartment. Only 20 minutes drive from Gibralter and within one hour of Malaga, flight connections with the UK are plentiful. Restaurants and bars, supermarket, pharmacy, cash points and English-speaking doctor are all within 5 minutes drive. Tennis courts, marina and water sports are within five minutes walk, whilst the beach and beach club are less than a minute’s walk. Sotogrande is a wonderful holiday location year round.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover. Arrival time 3.00pm and departure time 11.00am but will waive if apartment is not booked the previous or following days.

Close supervision of young children is required due to close proximity to beach and river.
Accessibility
Whilst wheelchair access is possible via the garden, the main entrance is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

The patio and garden are west facing with sofas, coffee table, two matressed sun loungers and a dining area seating 6/8.
Golf
Sotogrande is close to some of the Costa’s finest golf courses, which are suitable for both novice and the most skilled players alike. Sotogrande 1km. Valderama 5km (former Ryder Cup host). La Reserva 5km. San Roque 7km. Almenara 7km. Non-golfing visitors can make use of the club’s facilities for a very reasonable charge.
