Notes on accommodation
Included ‘free of charge’ are the following packs available in the apartment.
Beach pack includes 6 beach towels, cool box with ice packs, picnic rug, beach brolly, buckets & spades, collapsible sun lounger and sunchair.
Baby pack includes light weight push chair (buggy) for ‘tired legs’ in the evening, travel cot, highchair, ‘step-up’ to sink.
Kids pack with assorted toys and games for use in the apartment, ‘child friendly’ plates, cups and cutlery.
Accessibility
This apartment is situated on the first and upper levels of Jardines de Burriana, there is a straight flight of steps to the entrance door. Although a secure parking space for 1 car is provided directly under the urbanisation, the location of Jardines de Burriana means that you can walk everywhere. Nerja town centre is a 20 minute walk, Burriana beach is only a 5 minute stroll away.
Outside
Jardines de Burriana has attractive gardens with a well maintained lawn area. There is a communal pool with showers and a sunbathing area.

Hi, we are the Nicholson family! We have had many happy holidays in Spain over the past 25 years.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Nerja remains today a beautiful Spanish town which has been unspoilt over the years of property development.
Many Urbanisations exist all around the periphery of Nerja, but the town itself remains "untouched".
The reason we chose our apartment in Burriana is beacause of the high quality & private nature of this small complex.
Jardines de Burriana is only a 5 minute walk to the largest beach in the area & is serviced by many bars & restaurants, and only a 20 minute walk into the heart of Nerja.
Our Urbanisation has private parking underground, however every part of Nerja is reachable by foot.

Our apartment is best described as "PRIVATE", the majority of apartments are all privately owned & as such remains quiet even in peak season.
As owners we use our apartment frequently, therefore it has many "home comforts" for you use such as:
