Hello! I am Trevor Barker,-the owner of Casa Blanca Apartments
I am 62 years old and was an Electronics Engineer and had my own component distribution business until 2005.
My wife and I live in Bournemouth and we spend about half of our time in San Jose.
When in San Jose we walk, kayak, cycle, visit Almeria and other places and relax.
We hope you enjoy your stay at Casa Blanca.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love San Jose,especially the unspoilt beaches of Genoveses, Monsul and Media Luna.
The village is mainly Spanish.
Unique benefits of the property
The pool is cleaned and open all year and shared by the two apartments only.
The apartment has lots of ventilation but the air conditioning/heating is great for for short periods in the Summer and Winter.
