Spacious villa situated on the lower level of the urbanisation. Terrace with BBQ, 4 sun loungers and front garden area with seating. The urbanisation boasts lovely water features and beautiful garden areas. There is a lifeguard at the infinity pool (2 pools) giving a very safe environment and peace mind. Uninterrupted views of the countryside. For the active family there is golf only 15 minutes drive. Aqua Park (June - September) 5 mins drive. Local scuba diving and bike riding and more. There is a great choice of restaurants and tapas bars and for the young adult’s lots of great nightlife. A car is necessary.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for disabled or infirm as the urbanisation is at the top of a hill with steps throughout. The villa is on 3 levels.
Outside
In the front garden there is a water feature which is very relaxing, and a wooden garden set of table and chairs, whilst on the terrace at the back of the villa there is a BBQ and 4 sun loungers. Full use of 2 community pools and sun loungers usually open May - September.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches to choose from, with the closest being approx 10 minutes walk away. During the summer months you can hire pedalos and jet ski's. There are naturist beaches 10 minutes drive and for the yacht enthusiasts Marina Del Este is a great place to sit at one of the fabulous restaurant’s and admire the wonderful yachts.
Golf
In the nearby town of Salobrena you will find a beautiful golf course and driving range which overlooks the sea. It takes approx 15 minutes driving.
Skiing
You can enjoy the fabulous ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only 1 hours drive. Nestled in the mountains this Swiss style village is beautiful and offers a wide range of activities. Even worth a visit in the quieter summer months!
Special interest holidays
You can do a range of activities from cycling to painting classes, whatever you like there is something to do.
Travel
There are 2 airports approx 1 hour drive away. Granada and Malaga, at either of these airports it is possible to arrange car hire.
Distances
Almunecar has a bird park, a new aquarium (expected to be open 2008) a castle and an aqua park. For those who are not faint hearted Pena Escrita is a must visit, but being high up in the mountains a strong car and a strong stomach are a must, but well worth it for the animal park there. If you like exploring caves then the nearby Nerja (20 mins drive) has some fabulous caves. Not forgetting the fabulous Alhambra Palace in Granada, but book before you go to avoid disappointment.
Further details
There are many great restaurants to choose from and a variety of supermarkets if you prefer to eat in. there are plenty of banks most speak English. Don't forget siesta though, this is from 2pm until 5pm, supermarkets will still be open during this time but most shops start to close at 1.30pm onwards. In the old part of town there are some lovely shops where you can buy souvenir t-shirts, hand crafted jewellery and tobacconists.

Bookings are payable 1 week minimum prior to holiday. Deposit of £250 refundable 1 week after departure if there are no breakages.
House swap
House swap considered, but not during June - September. All locations considered. Minimum sleeping capacity for 4 people.
