Marbella is a beautiful town situated in the heart of the Costa Del Sol that has retained its typical Andalucian flavour. Narrow streets, whitewashed houses and squares full of flowers typify Marbella and all this surrounded by the sea and the mountains. Marbella has much to offer the visitor with its endless beaches, numerous golf courses, leisure ports, many varied restaurants and shops. Due to its geographical location Marbella enjoys a special micro climate with no harsh winters or uncomfortably hot summers. The sun shines on average for 320 days per year and there are less than 50 rainy days. A two bedroom, fully air-conditioned, duplex apartment, located in complex with extensive gardens, 2 pools, a paddling pool and direct access onto the promenade and beach.

Changeover day

Travel
There is an excellent direct bus service from the airport to Marbella bus station which takes 45 minutes and cost 3.70 Euro p.p. Turn right after you exit arrivals hall and you will find the bus stop towards the end of the road. A taxi from the bus terminal to Skol Apartments will cost app 5 Euro.

Distances
Puerto Banus, located just 6 miles from the centre of Marbella is one of the most famous ports on the Costa Del Sol.

Further details
The apartment is looked after locally by a management company. They supply cleaners, clean towels (Bathroom towels, no beach towels supplied) and sheets - once a week, and will deal with any queries/problems you have during your stay, inclusive in the above price.
