2 bedroom duplex townhouse with communal pool. Ground floor has general living room and dining room, furnished including a two large sofas which are full day beds. American kitchen, fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker. Downstairs cloakroom with shower, store room, with security lock should you be concerned over passports etc. First floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk and a single bed. The double bedroom has a small terrace / veranda overlooking the front door, the second bedroom has doors leading to the roof terrace via a spiral staircase. Each has built in wardrobes. Family bathroom, full bath with shower attachment, washing machine. The roof terrace which has sun loungers and a BBQ. Spanish mobile telephone (you pay for top up) and broadband internet connection. Sky TV.

Coast/Beach
There are five beaches locally, all of which have been awarded a Blue Flag. Playa Flamenca has two sandy coves both with beach bars. A pleasant coastal stroll runs from Punta Prima to Cabo Roig, passing through Playa Flamenca. Cabo Roig is a lovely area with beautiful views, a very good cliff top restaurant and a marina with bars serving excellent Tapas, this area is very popular with visitors and locals alike. La Zenia and Cabo Roig are wide sandy beaches.
Golf
For those golfers amongst us, there are four Championship courses within a few minutes car drive; Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Orihuela, Club de Golf Ramblas de Orihuela, Club de Golf VillaMartin, Orihuela, and Club de Golf La Finca, Algorfa.
Special interest holidays
Tennis is available at VillaMartin Golf Club. Horse riding, mountain walks, boat hire/glass bottom boat trips, bicycle hire, go karting, wind surfing and fishing are all available in the locality.
Travel
Playa Flamenca town is approx 40 minutes from Alicante airport, and approx 20 minutes from Murcia airport. Car hire is available locally, airport pickups can be arranged at your cost.

Nearest towns are Playa Flamenca and Los Altos, each around a 10 minute walk.
Further details
There are bars and restaurants out of the main gate, both left and right – The 'Celtic Bar' is located a short stroll away and has a Lido. There are several commercial areas just a few minutes away which have a selection of café’s, bars and eateries covering most palates and pockets. VillaMartin and Los Altos Plaza’s are both a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk away; these are both commercial and cosmopolitan precincts and each has numerous café’s, bars and restaurants to choose from.
Torre de la Horadada is a 10 minute drive south along the N332. It is a small Spanish town, has a beautiful long beach, marina, promenade and very popular square, Publio Latino, where the bars serve some of the best Tapas in the area. On the outskirts of the town there is also shopping precinct which is open every day. The nearest, and arguably one of the best supermercado’s is the Mercadona in Playa Flamenca. You may pass this on the route in. It is around a 10 minute stroll down towards the N332 and beach, turn left at the Celtic Isle roundabout and follow the road down. Each Urbanizacion have their own supermercados and shops. From the gate and to the immediate right is Park Via, to the left takes you toward Los Altos (turn right at Au Sibin bar and restaurant), and out of the house door and over the road and down toward the beach is Playa Flamenca.
An Sibin has a French owner, Marcel, you will spot him... he is a very good cook he owns and runs a restaurant next to the main bar. Opposite An Sibin, there are a few bars and restaurants; in the middle is a very decent Spanish restaurant and Tapas bar. At Playa Flamenca beach there are a few shops and restaurants; Den Engel has some very good seafood with Lobster as a speciality. To the right along the beach path takes you to Cala Bosque, where there is a very popular cliff top restaurant, La Miranda, and from here ,away from the enclosed beach along La Plana or San Antonio, there are some good restaurants.
