Surrounded by places of historic interest including the famous Dali Museum in Figueres, yet only 20 minutes from “blue flag” beaches of the Costa Brava and the historic city of Girona. The villa is 1.5 hours from the ski resorts of La Molina and Masella in the Pyrenees, and 30 minutes from the French border.

Outside
Private front and rear gardens with large patio areas. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and is not overlooked. The patio furniture includes large table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrella etc. A barbecue is also provided.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag beaches of Roses, L'Escala, Empuria'brava, to name but a few are situated 20kms away and can be reached easily within 20 minutes.
Golf
Torremirona situated 4 miles east of Figueres overlooked by the snow capped Pyrenees, Torremirona is the most beautiful of all golf locations. Other courses within easy reach are: Peralada, Emporada, Catalunya, Pals, Serres de Pals, Girona and Mas Nou.
Skiing
The villa is 1 hour away from the nearest ski resort of Vallter 2000. The famous resort of La Molina is just 1hr 30 mins away.
Travel
Girona and Perpignan are 30 minutes drive away from the Villa. Barcelona is 1hr 30 mins drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Navata is 10 minutes walk away with the large town of Figueres 15 minutes drive. Easy access by either car or train from Figueres, to Girona 30 minutes, Barcelona 1hr 30 mins. A host of historical towns such as Girona, Besalu, Begur are all within easy reach. The location is suitable for exploring both southern France and the Pyrenees.
Further details
The nearest large supermarket is 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of local restuarants offering both typical Catalan/Spanish food and international cuisine. A full array of shops and banks can be found in Figueres and the local town of Navata has a selection of small shops and supermarkets.
