This beautiful villa, built-in 2006, has a private heated (solar panels)swimming pool, an outside shower (warm water), large sun terraces at the back and front (on the upper level) of the house. The villa is set on the 18-hole championship course of Panoramica. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful with magnificent views over the golf course and the olive and orange groves. It is about 15 mins drive to Vinaros and the coast. There are tennis courts, running and cycle tracks, restaurants, bars and a supermarket on Panoramica. We advise you to fly to Reus, which is only 50 mins from Panoramica or to Valencia (1 1/2 hour).

The coast is about 15 minutes drive from the villa.
Golf
The Panoramica Golf Course was designed by Bernard Langer and opened in 1995. It is a 72 par championship course. The Spanish Ladies Open will be held here again.
The golf shop is beautiful and you can rent golf clubs, buggies and trolleys.
Travel
Panoramica is easily accessible from 3 airports served by low cost airlines.
Reus: 80km; Ryanair, Air Berlin.
Valencia: 150km Easyjet, Ryanair, Vueling, Transavia, Iberia.
Barcelona: 200km Easyjet, Vueling, Transavia, KLM, Iberia.
Distances
Vinaros 10 mins, Benicarlo 20 mins, Peniscola 30 mins, Valencia 1 1/2 hour, Barcelona 2 hours.
Further details
The main supermarkets (Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi) are about 15 mins drive from the villa. On the community there is a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. In Vinaros there is a daily market with all kinds of food and Spanish specialities. Vinaros is well known for its gambas and shrimps.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit is payable (non-refundable) on booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A €100 deposit against damages must be paid at this time, with the balance due, which will be returned after checking the villa.

Hi I am Annick Plooij, I live in the Netherlands and I am a fanatic golfer. We bought this house in 2004 and it was finished in 2005.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this house in 2004 and it was finished in 2005. The building is solid and professionally done. The casta Azahar is known as the "orange coast". In the area you will find a lot olive grove yards. We bought a house in this area because it is not so crowded, the food is perfect and the climate is ideal.
Unique benefits of the property
This modern semi-detached villa is bright and spacious.
The garden is done by an architect and the private swimming pool is kidney shaped and the water is warmed by sun collectors. The living room has an open fire place, in the summer air-conditioning is a pleasant extra. The setting of the villa is 1 st line on the Panorámica Golf Course, this is a EGA golf course where a lot of international competitions are played. From the 2 terraces on the 1st floor you have a spectacular view over the olive grove yards and the golf course.
