Our townhouse which has air conditioning/heating, Sky TV package with ITV 1 and 2, BBC, sky sport, movies, gold, Living, Sky one, etc, was a new property in 2003, situated in a small private complex. On the complex you will find two communal pools and a tennis court. A few minutes drive you will find yourself at the sandy beach of La Fustera or if you like to walk, this might take about 15-20 minutes. Down at the beach there is a children's play area and also plenty of parking spaces. This is a blue flag beach approved by the EU Bathing Standards Authority. There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket within easy distance of the beach. Calpe, which is 5 mins by car has two wonderful sandy beaches with water sports in the summer and has shops, bars and restaurants all along the seafront. Our house is kept to the highest standard, as we use it for our own holidays.

Notes on prices
Please note, the prices quoted are for the property, per week and in UK pounds. Discount is available for repeat bookings. Bookings are now being taken for 2008. If for any reason there is damage done to the property or contents in excess of the £100 deposit, the renter will be held responsible.
Changeover day
Changeover day during the months of July and August will be a Saturday, but, we will try and accommodate if another day is required. Arrival 1pm approx, departure 10am unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

| Kitchen: | Full size cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, orange juicer, fire extinguisher etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Good sized, light and airy, living and dining area with 2 sofas, extending dining table/6 chairs, Colour TV/Sky, with ITV, BBC, sport, films etc. CD and DVD players and a small selection of CDs, books, childrens games and a very good selection of DVDs. |
| Other: | Our new Sky package of Sept 07 has a good selection of channels, including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 & 5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies 1, 2 & 3, Discovery, History, Living, UK Gold, Eurosport, Nickelodeon, VH1 and many of the free channels. |

All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and freshly laundered once a week. Please bring your own Pool/beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
There is air conditioning/heating upstairs and downstairs. We have also fitted ceiling fans. Your comfort is our main priority. This is strictly a non smoking house. Pets are not allowed. There is a baby gate fitted at the top of the stairs for your safety.
There has been a safe fitted for your security.
Our house is kept to the highest standard, as we also use it for our own holidays.
Outside
The living/dining area has two sets of patio doors which lead out to a very private back garden/sun terrace. We have provided lots of patio furniture for you comfort in 'Outdoor Living'. Some of this is stored in the garage.

We also have a selection of "Beach Gear" stored in the garage, brollies, lilos, knee board, chairs, bucket & spade etc that can all be used.
We now have a cane suite sitting in the "Niya" at the back of the house, a comfortable area to sit with your bottle of wine after a busy day. This is in addition to the outdoor furniture we already have.
Coast/Beach
A few minutes drive you will find yourself at the beach of La Fustera, or if you wish to walk it would probably take approx 15-20 mins. There are two beautiful sandy beaches at Calpe, with bars and cafes right along the front, which would take about 5 or 10 mins in the car.
Golf
There are 4 golf courses within easy reach of the house, there are 3 nine hole, and 1 eighteen hole. Proof of handicap is required with some of the courses. We have full details of these courses in the visitors book.
Travel
Approx 1 hours drive from Alicante Airport will get you to Altamira. Car hire is recommended. There is a garage next to the house that can be used. We have a written sheet of directions for your convenience. You will need a few euros for the tolls.
Distances
Calpe town is 3km from the house, there are many other places to visit within 15-30 drive. Some of the other towns along the coast are worth a visit, namely Denia where you can pick up the ferry to the Balearics. There is Altea, Javea, Moriara, Benidorm and many others. If you head inland you will come across the Jalon Valley, or if you travel a little further there is Guadalest.
Further details
Calpe is quite a traditional Spanish town with its main street, "Gabriel Miro" having a wide variety of shops, banks, cafes and bars, and in the town centre itself you are spoilt for the many lovely restaurants of all nationalities. It has a very quaint old town with cobbled streets and well worth a visit, especially in the summer evenings where there is an outdoor market on most nights.
If its shopping you want Benidorm seems to be the place to go. At Benidorm you will find the theme park Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, the Marine and Exotic Animal Park Mundomar and the Aqualandia water park.
Guadalest, which is the second most visited village in Spain is a must, with its cafes, bars, shops, museums and scenery. If its markets you enjoy, there is a market on every day of the week in the area.
Booking notes
£100 will be required to secure your booking which will be fully refundable when the house has been checked on your departure. The rental fee should be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
We have now started to take bookings for 2009. Discount is available for repeat bookings.
