Situated in the heart of the Sierra de los Filabres the tranquil hamlet of Los Patrocinios nestles in the beautiful Arroyo Aceituno valley surrounded by Olive and Almond groves. Set amongst rolling hills the area is perfect for serious walkers or for those just wanting a slow ramble through the countryside. Alternatively, take it easy and relax in these peaceful surroundings. Enjoy a slower pace of life as you watch the goats gently ambling over the hillside. Our 200 year old farmhouse has been sympathetically restored with the aim of keeping many of the original features intact, retaining much of the character and charm of the house. At Cortijo Nispero we make an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we have a wood burning stove, use solar hot water, and grow our own fruit and vegetables. Though with an eye on modern comforts, gas central heating will warm you through the depths of winter. And, our inviting swimming pool will cool you in the summer.

Notes on accommodation
We have 2 log burners (estufas) which keep all the communal areas snug and warm in the winter months and have gas fired central heating as back up. Ceiling fans are installed in all the bedrooms for the summer to keep you cool and we use solar hot water where possible. 3 course evening meals available at 15 euros per person including wine. Suitable for children and pets welcome.

The landscaped garden includes terraces, patio, swimming pool, shaded hammocks, gazebo, sun loungers and outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
