The villa is made up of two separate apartments (both fully equipped) each with two bedrooms, there is also a self contained studio apartment with sofa bed just next to the pool terrace area. It is well situated for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, but within 8 min drive there are blue flag beaches with water activities and a number of championship golf courses. Campoverde is a residential village situated 8km inland on the Costa Blanca/Costa Calida Border. It is an area of protected pine woodland surrounded by orange and lemon groves. There are four excellent golf courses within 10 mins. There are many large blue flag beaches along the coast (unspoilt by mass tourism). The town of Pilar and the village of Campoverde play host to many fiestas throughout the year, it seems that there is something going on weekly during the summer. Torrevieja is a 25 min drive away and offers a great range of shops, there is also a large water park and a newly built promenade and marina.

Notes on prices
The prices quoted are for the whole villa per week in UK pounds. There is a £50 cleaning and laundry charge per apartment, payable along with the final ballance. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Each of the two apartments can be rented seperately, prices are available on request. A refundable Loss/Breakage deposit of £150 per apartment is requested when final ballance is paid and will be refunded within 10 days of departure, (subject to property inspection).
Changeover day
Normally the changeover day is a Saturday. Arrival time after 4pm checkout 10am. Changeover days and times can be flexible to suit your travel arrangements.

Notes on accommodation
Garage parking for 2 cars behind electric gated entrance.
Outside
There are 3 large sun terrace areas with loungers, for al fresco dining there are large tables and numerous chairs. There is also a shaded area with outdoor furniture for quieter moments. The 10m x 5m pool has a constant depth of 4ft (approx) so its safer for children. There is a small fish pond with water feature, and plenty of exterior lighting for sitting out on a warm evening. All this is set in 1400 sq.m. of mature gardens and not overlooked by neighbours.
Coast/Beach
Many excellent blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive, too many to mention. The nearest beach is in Pilar de la Horadada. The beaches in this part of South Costa Blanca are unspoilt by mass tourism. Within a 25 minute drive away in the Mar Menor where you have natural therapeutic mud baths. People come from all over the world to bathe in these special salt baths. Some of the best Scuba diving in Europe and many other water sports, water skiing, para-sailing, jet ski hire.
Golf
There is a brand new 18 hole golf and country club just opened (Jan 08) in Campoverde, (Lo Romero) approx 2 minute drive from the villa. There are an additional 5 golf courses within 20 mins, Campoamor, Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Altorreal (near Murcia). The world famous La Manga Golf and Country club just 40 mins drive.
Travel
Fly into Murcia (San Javier) from the majority of British airports, with low cost airlines such as Ryanair, Globespan, Easyjet and many more. Murcia Airport is a 15 min drive away from Villa Bella Vista, situated in the village of Pinar de Campoverde. Alternatively Alicante Airport with its many low cost carriers is a 50 min drive.
There are a number of car hire companies situated within both airports, and local taxis are always on hand.
Distances

The village has 6-8 good quality restaurants, 2 coffee shops, 2 Chinese restaurants, 2 supermarkets, bank and medical center all within 2 minute walk from the villa.
Further details
The nearest town is Pilar de la Horadada, 3 miles away with its many shops and facilities, and its renowned Friday evening market. The larger town of San Pedro del Pinatar with its many blue flag safe beaches on the tranquil inland sea of the Mar Manor, is 6 miles away. The resort of Torrevieja, with its fine beaches and nightlife is a 20 minute drive.

Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking inside the house.
A refundable loss/breakage deposit of £150 (per apartment) is requested when final balance is paid, and will be refunded within 10 days of departure (subject to property inspection). A 25% deposit (non refundable) will be required at time of booking to secure your dates. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
