The apartment has a good size lounge with sofa bed, UK TV, 2 good sized bedrooms, a large kitchen and family bathroom. There is a large terrace for dining al fresco overlooking the communal garden and swimming pools. The property has central heating and air conditioning throughout and is ideal for summer and winter holidays.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a 15 minute drive away - blue flag sandy beaches which surround the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor.
Golf
This excellent designed Jack Nicklaus par 68 course is located 1 minute away from the apartment. A beautiful open course with tight fairways, big bunkers, treacherous greens and the numerous lakes make this relatively short course a real challenge. There are many other courses in the region but whilst staying at La Torre you can utilise the courtesy bus and play Mar Menor and El Valle.
Travel
Most UK airports fly into Murcia (San Javier) which is just 15 minutes from the resort or alternatively into Alicante (40 minutes away). A car is recommended to fully appreciate the area and make use of the beaches etc but if you just want to chill out for a few days then you could easily and cheaply take a taxi from the airport. The resort has everything on site you would need.

Further details
The resort has all the amenities including supermarket, bank, restaurants, bars, 18 hole golf, swimming pools, tennis course, gym and medical centre. Nearby there is 10 pin bowling, horse riding, watersports, shopping, bars and restaurants etc.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. £100 security deposit for breakages and damages, which will be refunded two weeks after your holiday. This is to be paid with the balance 6 weeks before your stay. A 65 euro cleaning charge to be paid on arrival at the resort.
