Three storey villa completed October 2006 located on the edge of Tolox a typical white village. In the village you will find numerous bars, some of which serve food, there are also a number of small supermarkets and shops to supply your needs. The villa is ideally situated for exploring not only the coast of Adalucia, but also inland. You will find Ronda a 40 minute drive away, here you will find the oldest bull ring in Spain. About 2 hours away is Granada with the famous Alhambra Palace, well worth a visit but you must book first either on line, by phone or at any BBV Bank. The British enclave of Gibraltar is about 90 minutes drive, well worth a visit for your duty free shopping, but remember your passport! If you enjoy people watching take a drive to Puerto Banus, have a drink by the marina and watch the world go by.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is installed in the lounge and all bedrooms. Oil fired heaters are available. There is no safety fence around the pool so children must be supervised at all times. Arrangements can be made with the property management company who takes care of the villa for a welcome pack, to your order, to be at the villa on your arrival. Please note that we would ask that you do not smoke in the villa, thank you.

Extensive patio area with private 4m x 3m pool, 1.5m deep, with built in walk in steps and internal light for evening swimming, poolside shower. External lights on patio. Patio funiture includes large table and six chairs, four sun loungers and two small drinks tables. Barbecue for alfresco dining. Two further terraces on the second floor and roof area with extensive views over the village and down the river valley.
Coast/Beach
Marbella and Puerto Banus beaches are a 40 minute drive.
Golf
Alhaurin Golf 18 holes, Alhaurin el Grande approximately 20 minutes drive.
Lauro Golf 27 holes, Alhaurin de la Torre approximately 30 minutes drive.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 45 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Tolox is a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Nearest large town is Coin where you can find large supermarkets, bars and discos. The famous town of Ronda is a 50 minute drive along scenic mountain roads. Granada is 2 hours drive.
Further details
Tolox is an excellent base for exploring southern Andulacia with the famous towns of Ronda and Mijas a short drive away through the beautiful Spanish countryside. Tolox is on the edge of the Sierra de Nieves national park with the opportunity to see varied wild life.
Booking notes
Arrival days are flexible subject to availability, £150 reservation deposit on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. £150 security deposit payable, returnable within 14 days of return from holiday following inspection of the property. Reasonable usage of electricity is included in the rental costs.

My husband and I live in England. I am self employed in the Legal Profession. My husband is a Quantity Surveyor. We have two daughters, both have now left home. We have travelled to Costa del Sol for a number of years, the first time when our elder daughter was working in San Pedro Alcantara. We love the area.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We had been looking for a property on the Costa del Sol for some years but had not been able to find anything that suited us by the coast. We then saw an advert on the internet for new villas being built in Tolox. We carried out some internet research in relation to the area and travelled out for an inspection visit. We totally fell in love with the village and area and bought the villa off plan. We had to wait a further two years for it to be completed, but it was well worth the wait!!! The villa is on the edge of the village, there are bars, supermarkets and other village stores within three minutes of the villa. Market day is Wednesday. The villagers are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The villa is ideally situated for exploring inland Costa del Sol.
Unique benefits of the property
Stays are the villa are totally relaxing, everything is ready on arrival thanks to our property management team. The ground floor is totally open plan, very light and airy. The villa is the only one on the small estate which has an open plan ground floor which makes it unique. We have uninterrupted views of the village, river valley and up to the National Park.
