Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A deposit of 30% of the total rental is required to secure the property. The balance of the rental cost plus the appropriate security deposit is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £350 must be paid for each booking and will be held against any breakages, loss or damage caused to the property or its contents.

Changeover day is normally Saturday, but can be flexible.

Accessibility
Property is not recommended for disabled persons. A hire car is strongly recommended.
Outside
8m x 5m rectangular swimming pool with tiled steps into the pool (1.2m – 1.8m deep). Pool terrace with sun beds. Sun terrace and partly covered and with patio furniture for alfresco dining. A pretty secluded courtyard with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast. Poolside bathroom. Poolside heated showers.
Coast/Beach
A private bay is situated at 5 minutes from the villa. Beaches of Salobreña are situated at a 7 min drive. Almuñecar beaches at 10 min drive.
Golf
Los Moriscos Golf Course at 10 min drive. Granada Golf Courses at 1 hour drive. Malaga Golf Courses at 1 hour drive.
Skiing
The excellent and extensive Sierra Nevada Sol y Nieve ski resort is just 80 minutes drive. Usually open from 1 December until 30 April. Easily accessible and all material can be rented on site.
Special interest holidays
Salobreña on the Costa Tropical de Granada is just 45 minutes from the city of Granada and Andalucia's most famous historic attraction, the Alhambra. This largely undiscovered sub-tropical coastal area has some of the best views to be found anywhere and is still truly Spanish with a wide choice of excellent local restaurants and tapas bars. Salobreña is 70 minutes away from Spain's highest mountains and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. As well as skiing/snowboarding in the winter, other sports and activities that can be enjoyed here all year round are tennis, golf, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, mountain biking and walking/birdwatching in the verdant valleys of the nearby Alpujarras.
Travel
You have a choice of 3 airports to travel to Salobrena. All these airports are served by budget airlines. Malaga - 75 minutes drive. (EasyJet). Granada - 45 minutes drive. (Ryanair, Monarch). Almeria - 105 minutes drive. (EasyJet).
Distances
The town of Salobreña is situated at 7 minutes from the villa. The town of Almuñecar lies within 10 minutes driving from the villa. The province's second largest town, Motril, lies within 12 minutes driving from the villa. Excellent local supermarkets and choice of many good restaurants in Salobreña. 15 mins to big hypermarket in Motril. 45 mins to Granada (Alhambra). 45 mins to big, out of town shopping centre (Velez Malaga).
Further details
All amenities, shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars, etc can be found in the town of Salobreña at 7 minutes driving from the villa. Walking to the town is not recommended but access is easy and taxis are readily available.
Booking notes
30% booking deposit is due on booking the property. The remaining rental fee is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental. At this time, a £350 security retainer is also due to be held against loss or damage to the property and is returnable within 10 days of your return. Non-smokers only. No pets.
