This is a private gated development, considered to be among the best designed of its kind and built to the highest standards. Our duplex property is located at the end of the block which overlooks the outdoor adult and children's pools. Tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard, the property comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and is family friendly with children's play areas both inside and outside of the complex. The south-east orientation of our property guarantees all day sunshine in the garden areas to the front and side of the property, and on the large first floor terrace which overlooks the pool rea. We have a designated car parking space within the complex and additional spaces can be available immediately outside. Al Andalus Hill is a small development which provides a safe environment for children and from our property easy supervision of children at the pool.

Towels and linen provided and changed once weekly. The property is cleaned for your arrival and at the end of your stay.

 

Notes on accommodation
There is a dual air conditioning / heating unit in the living room. Both living room and kitchen have ceiling fans. Portable fans and a powerful ioniser are available for bedrooms. Both pool and garden areas are visible and easily accessed from this property.

Accessibility
The complex is wheelchair friendly. However as there are 2/3 steps up to the garden area of our duplex it would not be suitable wheelchair users.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 5 min drive / 20 min walk away. Sandy beaches are long, safe and uncrowded

Golf
There are several golf courses within easy driving distance.

Travel
Almeria arport under 1 hour. Murcia airport 1¾ hour. Alicante airport 2 hours.

Distances
Garrucha 5 mins by car. Mojacar 10-15 mins by car. Vera (inland) 10 mins by car.

Further details
The large Consum Supermarket is located in a commercial centre 3 minutes drive away. This centre currently also includes 2 restaurants, a bar and an ice-cream parlour. A number of other restaurants are located adjacent to this centre.

Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit required when booking. Balance payable in full 8 weeks in advance of scheduled arrival. Security deposit of 150 euros is payable with balance, refundable after completion of occupation subject to full compliance with terms and conditions of rental.
