Outside
Garden is large with open areas suitable for children. There is an outside BBQ which overlooks the private swimming pool. It is approx 4.5m x 3m. The property is completely enclosed and is accessed by a front gate.
Coast/Beach
5 minute stroll to the beach. Along the beach are a variety of beach bars and restaurants. These beaches are very wide and are perfect for families and sun worshippers.
Golf
Closest golf course is Los Flamingos which is a 3 minute drive away. You are also close to Atalaya, El Paraiso and Nueva Andalucia.
Travel
A car is not essential with this villa, you are walking distance to the town of Cancelada with its numerous restaurants. Also, you are adjacent to Villacana which has five restaurants and two bars.
Distances
Closest town is Cancelada which is a 5 minute walk. Puerto Banus is a 8 minute drive away, you also have access to the bus service if you do not want to drive.
Booking notes
We ask for a 20% deposit, with the rest paid 8 weeks before arrival. We also ask for a £500 refundable security deposit.
