Accessibility
Because the house is situated on a hillside there are steps up to the front door. Steps may prove difficult to those with walking difficulties.

Communal pool. Children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.

Coast/Beach
Over 18km of the wide, sandy beaches are just 20 mins drive away. Enjoy a wide range of water sports, snorkelling, scuba diving, windsurfing, kite surfing and sand castle making or just relax and get a tan at one of the many "chirinquitos" or beach bars.
Golf
2 of the best golf courses in the region - La Sella (15 mins by car) and Oliva Nova (20 mins by car) are easily accessible.
Travel
Just a 1 hour drive from the airport (Alicante or Valencia). Detailed directions will be sent after confirmation of booking.

Further details
There is something for everyone to do here, from siesta to fiesta, a stroll on the beach or a run with the bulls.
Pedreguer is the gateway to the beautiful Orba valley famous for its orange groves but is only 20 mins. drive from beaches of Denia and Javea. Situated close to the motorway there is easy access to Valencia to the north and the theme parks and bustling nightlife of Benidorm to the south.
Fiestas occur at different times throughout the summer in almost every town. The 'Fallas' are the most important fiestas in the region of Valencia and are held between 15-19 March. Throughout the summer many towns hold 'Moors and Christians' festivals. Pedreguer holds it's festival from 15-16 July. Also in July there is the 'running of the bulls'.
Booking notes
25% of the rental fee is required to confirm a booking. To secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of your stay, full payment is required.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
