This beautiful fully furnished 3 bed apartment can sleep upto 5 people and is available year round. Linen and towels are provided as well as a cleaning service if required. You are within walking distance of the lovely Conil beaches and there is a wonderful range of bars and restaurants close by. In addition the historic towns of Cadiz, Jerez, Vejer, Medina and Seville are all easily reached by car and at the end of the day you can relax on the roof terrace and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over Cape Trafalgar. Closest airport is Jerez but Seville, Gibraltar and Malaga are also viable options and there are buses from Cadiz if necessary. Pets and children are welcome and the apartment is on the ground floor with a walk-in shower so is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The apartment is on the ground floor but has a lovely roof terrace with beautiful views towards El Palmar beach.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor with a walk in shower so is ideal for guests with reduced mobility.
Outside
Outdoor dining furniture is included for the use of guests and a BBQ can be arranged. Roof terrace with views towards the El Palmar beach and Atlantic ocean.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is located just a 10 min walk from the beautiful Conil beaches but there are a host of other fabulous beaches close by.
El Palmar is a short 5 min drive and the lovely beaches at Caños, Zahara, Bolonia, Cádiz and San Fernando are between 10 and 30 mins drive on excellent roads.
Golf
There are a number of excellent golf courses located close to the apartment - the famous Montenmedio golf course is a short drive away as is San Andres and Benalup whilst the courses in Jerez and Arcos are about 30 mins from the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport is Jerez which is about a 30 min drive and it is also possible to fly to Malaga 2 hours drive. Seville 1.5 hours drive and Gibraltar 1 hour.
"Conil Sur and Playas" Exit from the A48 motorway.
A car is useful to explore the surrounding area but is not essential as the apartment is located within walking distance of all amenities and the beach.
Further details
Conil has a number of supermarkets including Eroski which is a short drive or 10 min walk away. There is also a large Eroski hypermarket located just off the A48 motorway in Chiclanan as well as a large shopping centre called "Bahia Sur" further along the same motorway in San Fernando. Just around the corner from the apartment is a cafeteria with a variety of lovely breads, cakes, coffee and internet access as well as a restaurant and tapas bar. A short stroll away is an excellent pizzeria as well as a variety of lovely seafood restaurants.
The area is also excellent for families with the Acqua Sherry Water Park, horseriding, water sports, go-karting and the Jerez Zoo all a short drive away.
