This apartment is our holiday home in the traditional Spanish village of Palomares. It is tastefully furnished throughout and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, a spacious lounge / diner, a fully fitted kitchen and large front & rear terraces with outside furniture. The apartment has air conditioning/heating for added comfort Spanish/English TV, including BBC and ITV. The complex is enclosed with 2 lovely communal pools, one of which is a childrens pool. Gardens surround the pools and parking is provided by a secure underground Car Park. The lovely village of Palomares is suited to those who prefer to get away from it all and experience the real Spain. In Palomares you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Alternatively, there is Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera only 10 minutes away hosting a variety of beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Palomares is ideal for golfers, there are 5 courses within easy reach including world class Desert Springs GC.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided but not beach / pool towels. The Apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. |

Outside
The property has 2 patios, the front patio is accessible from the lounge and overlooks the communal pools and gardens. The large rear patio is accessible from both bedrooms. A variety of outside tables, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.
Coast/Beach
Palomares is approximately 1Km from the Mediterranean coast and there are endless sandy beaches located all along the coast. There are beaches to suit all tastes.
Golf
The world class Desert Springs Golf Course, Europe's only desert golf course, is only 5 minutes away. Valle del Este in Vera is just 10 minutes away and a little further is Marina de la Totte in Mojacar. In total, Palomares is surrounded by 5 golf courses, all hire clubs and offer a testing but enjoyable round of golf.
Travel
Palomares is approx. 45 minutes from Almeria Airport and approx. 2 hours from Murcia & Alicante Airports. All 3 Airports offer excellent links to the UK.
Distances
The apartment is situated in the traditional Spanish village of Palomares, 5 minutes drive from the Mediterranean Sea. The village of Villaricos with it's pretty Marinas is less than 5 minutes by car away, as is the local Aqua Park. A further 5 minutes will take you to the bustling fishing port of Garrucha and 5 minutes further to the holiday resort of Mojacar.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure a booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit and balance payable by cheque or transfer to our UK bank account or by transfer to our Spanish bank account. Late bookings, less than 8 wks prior to departure, total amount payable on booking. A £100 damage deposit is payable on all bookings, this deposit will be returned within 7 days following the rental period once our agent confirms no damage or breakage has occured.
