Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is included in lounge and 2 double bedrooms.
Children welcome, baby/child sitting service available from qualified registered nanny.
Accessibility
All rooms are on one level with 4 x terraces. The pool level is accessed by a stairway a matter of 12 steps.
Outside
Large outside roof tiled coverd balcony / alfresco living area with 6 seated dining room table and 3 x peice suite. 5 x patio areas with 8x4m kidney shaped pool and various sun loungers. Roof tiled covered BBQ/alfresco dining area with sink and refridgerator. Fully gated car parking area for 5 cars.
Although only really warm enough for swimming April - November, the pool is kept clean, filled + uncovered throughout Winter so is very pleasant to sit by and sunbathe year round. Guests have unlimited use of the pool between dawn and dusk. Parents take full responsibility if they allow their child to use the pool and, for safety sake, we insist that children only use the pool when under the supervision of an adult.

Beaches within 40 minutes and Lake Vineula is 20 minutes away.

Various golf courses within 45 minutes drive.

Skiing facilities at Sierra Nevada in Granada 1 hours drive.

Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. are all located in Periana. Mondron has a few bars and shops/supermarkets.
Local Fiesta's take place throughout the year in Mondron and Periana.
