The villa will accommodate a very large family or groups, without people feeling closed in or trapped. There is enough room for all to have there own space, yet be close together if you prefer. It is not your typical rental, as it is our private home and was developed for us to live in. The villa is equipped with 42" wide screen TV and Sky package, including movies, sports and Disney. All bedlinen and towels are provided. Weekly/daily cleaning and laundry change can be booked on request at an additional cost. There are a total of 60 golf courses in the area.

Notes on accommodation
Elviria is a quiet residential area and has its own commercial centre just 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away including 2 supermarkets, good selection of international restaurants, bars, banks and other shops. Marbella is a 10 minute drive away and Puerto Banus 15 mins by car. Elviria boast some of the best beaches on the coast including the World Renown 'Nikki Beach' and the 5* Don Carlos Hotel. With Santa Maria golf course on your doorstep, this is the ideal area to relax and enjoy your holiday. Accessibility
This property unfortunately is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa has a private swimming pool and steps lead down to the bottom part of the garden where the laundry room is hosted, there is a washing line just outside for convenience. There is a separate entrance to the villa via an electric gate with a drive way and ample parking. There is a full sized trampoline with surrounding safety net and a basket ball net is set for entertaining the children or for the energetic adult. Should you have any problems whatsoever, the property is covered with 24 hour full support and can be on site to assist or help in any way.
Coast/Beach
Elviria boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. The beach is within 10 minutes walking distance or 3 minutes by car. It has many lovely restaurants and bars and is home to the famous 'Nikki Beach' and 5* Don Carlos Beach club.
Golf
Elviria is in the hub of many of the best golf courses on the coast, with Santa Maria Golf club within easy walking distance, Rio Real, La Cala at short drive, to name a few. Details of all golf courses and distances can be found in a booklet provided at the villa.
Skiing
If you like to take to the slopes, Sierra Nevada is approx 2.5 hours away by car. It is an up and coming resort which caters for all levels of skiers and has many new facilities to offer.
Special interest holidays
The region is renowned for being the most lush, yet varied, in the whole of Spain. You can be at the beach in the Morning, or Skiing (in winter) in the afternoon. There is something here for absolutely every one! Whether you like piece and tranquility, or partying the night away, This area has it all! From golf lovers to sunbathers, the whole family or group can benefit from their stay here.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 40 mins away. Most cheap flights come to Malaga. Nearest Railway is Fuengirola and is about 15km away. A car is not essential as there are local buses and there is a Taxi rank.

There are many places to visit in Andalucia. For example, visit the old town of Marbella and enjoy a meal or drink in Orange Square, visit Granada to see the Alhambra Place which is a famous fortress and monument of Arabic architecture, visit Seville, Ronda, Cordoba, Puerto Banus, Cadiz, shopping excursion to Gibraltar or City of Malaga, visit Tarrifa, the windiest place in Spain with lots of activities like paragliding, windsurfing, surfing. There are a total of 60 golf courses in the area.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is due on confirmation of booking and the remaining balance on arrival. A fully refundable damage/breakage bond of £400 or 600 euros subject to inspection.
