Gibraltar is approximately 1 hour's drive to the south and offers numerous days out or short shopping excursions. Aqualand Bahía De Cadiz 35 minutes. To the north of Medina Sidonia, approximately 45 minutes drive, lays Seville Airport and the city of Seville with all the amenities a city offers plus more.

The garden is furnished with sun loungers around the pool and lawn area, it also has an outside eating area next to the BBQ large enough to seat 10 people.
The pool is L-shaped and the dimensions are 7 metres long by 3 metres wide and the return is additional 2 metres by 2 metres wide and has stunning panoramic views to be admired whilst having a dip.
Special interest holidays
The people of Medina Sidonia celebrate many fiestas throughout the year. In late January there is the feast of Nuestra Señora de la Paz Virgen. February is Carnival month and the Easter Week event in the district of San Juan de Dios dates back to 1616.
In June Medina Sidonia celebrates one of the oldest cattle fairs in Andalucia and during July a succession of gastronomical parties takes place including
'the party of peppers' Le Caracol (snail casserole party) and the Chicarron cold meats party.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We felt Medina Sidonia is a magical town full culture, good cafes and wonderful people. Medina is a town with great historical influence therefore the government have protected the local architecture and to this day making it feel truly Spanish. Oh and the views are to die for.
Unique benefits of the property
Colina Vista is situated inside the town of Medina Sidonia which it is only a 5 minute walk from cafes, restaurants, and shops. As Colina vista is on the cliff edge of the mountain open the back door and all you see is countryside and far off villages. Truly wonderful. We also have a basement games room with a full size pool table which always proves fun. As we have a young family the house is very child friendly.
