Lovely apartment recently refurbished, 2nd floor with excellent views of the pyrenees and Empuria's unique canal system. Good size outside terrace, south facing for all day sunshine. Fantastic facilities with washing machine, English television and beautiful pool complex at no extra cost! The price is also with no added extra's, the weekly price includes towels, bedding and the final clean.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday but can be arranged with ourselves with plenty of notice. Check in on arrival is 4pm, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am on departure but can be flexible where possible. Book early!

Accessibility
The apartment is on the second floor with great views, unfortunately it is aproached by steps so not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
There is ample seating to sun terrace, overlooking a shared garden area with use of a double pool with childs pool to centre, please see pictures. The garden area is gated and so private for residents.
Coast/Beach
3 min drive or a 20 min walk to choice of two beaches.
Golf
There is a wonderful selection of Golf courses on the Costa Brava.
Skiing
Skiing is around an hours drive and of course is only available in the respective season.
Travel
Girona airport is about 40 mins away and now has excellent services from most UK airports with Ryanair air, Barcelona airport is about 2 hours away and Perpignon about 40 mins and both have excellent train facilities to the area.
Distances
Figueres, home of Salvidor Dali is around 5 miles from Empuriabrava, and Roses, a lovely fishing town is also close by.
Further details
Empuriabrava has a fine selection of Supermarkets, shops, bank facilities. There are plenty of things to do in and around Empuriabrava and the surrounding Emporda region, golfing, skiing, sky diving, go-karting, not to mention every type of watersport, and fishing known to mankind! Hundreds of restaurants and bars tend to every whim and the beach is cleaned everynight and is outstanding.
Booking notes
20% deposit required with booking, payment must be made in full six weeks prior to stay. Sorry but all breakages must also be paid for.
