The villa is located on a 900 sq.m. plot (totally fenced and thus private) in the first line of Urbanisation 'Mas Tomasi', nearby the supermarket Jodofi (a 2 mins walk), has a beautiful sea view (you can see the Medas Islands). There are 3 terraces and a nice garden. The private pool is 8m x 4m. Nearby are the beach (Playa de Pals 3km) and the ancient village Pals (2km). Within 15 mins there are several beautiful little Spanish villages, nice and quiet beaches and golf clubs. The airport of Gerona is 40 mins away.

Changeover day
Changeover is Saturday. The villa is available from 5 pm and we request it be vacated by 10 am in order it can be prepared for our next guests.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge with TV and DVD and hifi, hearth, 2 couches, big window with beautiful sea view. Aside the living room and kitchen is the dining room, with seating for 6. |

Towels and linen and final house-cleaning are NOT included per booking! These can be hired via our local agent. It's possible to rent extra towel paquet for 9,95 euros per week and extra linen for 9,95 euros per paquet. All via our local agent. |

Accessibility
To enter the property you have to climb a stair to reach the first terrace with the pool. To reach the house you have to climb a second stair to reach the terrace around the house and the front door.
Outside
The private pool is 8m x 4m and is from 70 cm. to 2 m. deep.
Attached to the house is a terrace with an outside hearth.
At the backside of the house is a terrace. Further there is quite a nice garden all around, no grass.
Coast/Beach
2 big sand beaches are 3 km away. These beaches are clean and have a lot of facilities (e.g. sailing/surfing for hire and lessons; little restaurants for a snack and small lunch). Furthermore there are a lot of small stone and sand beaches (all within 15 mins drive).
Golf
Within 3km there are 3 beautiful golf courses: Golfclub de Pals (the oldest golf course in Catalunya and 18 holes), Golfclub Emporda (36 holes!) and Serres de Pals (18 holes).
Near Girona is PGA Catalunya, a beautiful course at about 40 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
In Playa de Pals there are tennis and paddel courts and a PADI diving school.
Travel
Girona Airport is a 40 mins drive.
Barcelona Airport is a 120 mins drive.
Train stations are at Flaca at a 20 mins drive and in Gerona at 30 mins drive.
A car (not included) can be hired at the airports, train stations and other travel agencies in Pals.

Settlement will go via our agent in Begur (a village nearby)
Renting is from Saturday to Saturday.
Payment conditions: 50% at signing the contract, 50% plus deposit on arrival.
