The villa is located at the end of a cul de sac overlooking Marbella Golf. The location is quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Accommodation is on two floors which are connected by a spiral staircase. As there are two kitchens the property lends itself to two groups holidaying together but require their own space. There is ample parking for several cars if required with two spaces off road. The nearest beach is walkable in about 15 minutes or a five minute drive. We have a management arrangement with a local company who look after all aspects of cleaning and maintenance and are on hand to deal with any concerns. Pool and garden are serviced by local specialists. A well stocked supermarket, tennis club, laundry, bakery and coffee shop, and restaurant are on site within walking distance.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday but we appreciate that flight availability can vary so we are flexible on this point. The villa will be available after 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask that clients vacate before 10am on departure day.

All bed linen and towels are provided but we ask clients to provide their own pool/beach towels. A linen change is included after each week for stays of two weeks or longer. No scheduled cleaning is included. |
Notes on accommodation
The two floors of the villa are connected by an internal spiral staircase and by outside staircases. There is also a third floor completely private sun terrace accessed from the upstairs terrace.

Accessibility
The villa is not specially adapted but the ground floor can be accessed directly from the the front path through double doors.
Outside
The villa is set in its own private gardens and is completely enclosed by walls or hedges with a lockable access gate. There is an upstairs terrace for outdoor dining/sitting with views over the golf course, mountains, and pool. The downstairs terrace is covered and equipped for outdoor dining/sitting. The terrace overlooks the pool and patio. There are sun beds and lounging chairs provided. The pool is kidney shaped, approximately 11.5m x 4.5m and 1.7m deep. Children should be supervised at all times in the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is five minutes drive away or is an easy walk of about 15 minutes. There is a parking area at the beach. The beach is one of the best maintained on the coast and has a very good selection of restaurants and bars. It is possible to walk for miles in each direction including into Marbella town if you wished. There are other beaches, ports etc. close by. Marbella town is about 5Km away and Puerto Banus a 15-20 minute drive.
Golf
The villa overlooks Marbella Golf. Santa Clara is five minutes away and Rio Real less than ten. Numerous courses are available within 20/30 minutes drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Malaga which is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Whilst not essential a car opens up the opportunity to explore the area more fully wit Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar etc. convenient for day trips.
Further details
On the urbanisation within walking distance there is a supermarket, car hire, laundry/dry cleaners, restaurants and tennis club. Out of town supermarket and shops of all types are at La Canada which is 10/15 minutes drive west. Retail therapy in Marbella town and Puerto Banus is very popular. There are adequate shopping/supermarket opportunities at frequent intervals along the main road within 10 minutes drive in either direction.
Booking notes
We ask for 20% deposit to secure the booking with the balance being due six weeks before departure. We also require a returnable damage deposit of £150 to cover the event of replacements or repairs being necessary.
